Effortless Walkthroughs, Exceptional UI Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to set up HowdyGo. The ability to record a demo in a matter of minutes without needing complex steps is fantastic. You simply install an extension and start recording. The enormous value lies in its UI editing capability, which allows me to customize walkthroughs effectively during onboarding and training. This feature enables me to present our product at its best, showing off Sked without needing a demo environment and maintaining them over time. I love how it saves us time and reduces the cumbersome process of creating videos and demos. The clickable walkthroughs we deploy are incredibly beneficial; they provide a hands-on experience for users either before they start a trial on our marketing site or for exploring advanced features when they are still in the early stages of their lifecycle. This offers them a guided experience encouraging them to complete their setup. These walkthroughs are not only high-quality and editable but also save us from the struggle of managing sandbox environments and the risk of real data exposure. I would purchase HowdyGo again due to these features and benefits, which significantly enhance our user onboarding and training processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see some basic aggregated usage insights for management reporting, so I can prove its value to the team with some basic week-on-week metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HowdyGo saves time by enabling me to create customizable, editable demos without a demo environment. It simplifies updating, allowing users to engage interactively and accelerates onboarding by showcasing features effectively.
Exceptional Experience with Howdy Go for Digital Loan Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Our team relies on Howdy Go to support our digital loan product presentations, and the experience has truly been exceptional. The platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and constantly improving, which clearly shows the company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the product, as any challenges I face during use or when making modifications are always addressed quickly and professionally by Umberto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we started using Howdy Go, we've noticed clear improvements in both engagement and how our partners perceive us. It has truly enhanced the way we showcase our product.
HowdyGo Changed the Way We Demo
What do you like best about the product?
HowdyGo is an incredibly easy system to use for recording demos and facilitating presentations. Our company for years was using an internal test environment that would go down due to updates - that's when we reached out to HowdyGo for a professional demo system. I can record our entire website flow and then edit it down in HowdyGo. What I love is the editing tools in HowdyGo make it easy to remove, change, or edit parts of a page. They also continue to add new features so it is always getting better!
Our company uses HowdyGo ever day with presentations or sharing our demos with partners. These demos have text that HowdyGo allows you to add which walk the user through our website. It has been so easy to use for our sales calls or add to our after-call emails with links to our interactive HowdyGo demos for our potential partners.
Customer support is also fantastic! The HowdyGo reps requently have reached out to ask about our experience. More importantly - I requested a feature that was implemented within a few weeks. I was amazed at their response to my feedback and how quickly they took action. That new feature (being able to delete elements) has made our demos so much better than before!
Overall, I can't see us engaging with new partners or sales teams as effectively without using HowdyGo.

Sometimes it will not record the loading screens on our webpages. I am unsure if this is due to our website or their system, but there has been a time when I wanted to record the loading page, and it did not record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HowdyGo solved our problem of providing a stable demo tool. Previously, we used a test environement that was also going down or showing information about WIP features we didn't want to show clients. HowdyGo is not only a fantastic tool for providing a demo, but the customization tools really allow us to take the demos to the next level.
The Best Fit for Our Application

We trialed several interactive demo tools, but ultimately chose HowdyGo for the following reasons:

- Despite capturing in HTML format, it can still replay dynamic actions like drag-and-drop using video.

HowdyGo is incredibly helpful in scenarios where we need to show users how to use our application, such as:
- Publishing actual step-by-step guides on our manual site.
- Sharing instructions with customers to resolve issues via customer support.

More than meets the eye!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use HowdyGo in many aspect of my business. I can use it to build demos, I can use it to build engaging content and I can use it for training and knowledge base article. All in one tool creating artefacts that I can reuse.
Setup was easy and customer support is excellent. I use HowdyGo almost everyday and my team is starting to use it as well.

I have not found any downside of using HowdyGo. I have a small list of improvements I would like them to make to bring the application to the next level but seriously nothing to complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to sign up, and the free trial period helps to prove how easy it is to generate your first interactive demo in minutes. Support has been great, a few times when I had question the team immediately invited me to a Zoom call so they can resolve my issue immediately. Very impressed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The next tier (Pro) is quite steep if you have HowdyGo as one of the many tools for your product activation. But I imagine if you use it extensively and for different purposes (acquisition, activation, account expansion, etc.) the ROI will speak for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HowdyGo enable us to show our complex product (a structural engineering tool) without gating it.
Amazing straightforward tool
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome and straightforward tool. Attractive pricing vs. feature set /value for money). Very responsive and helpful in-app support. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for mobile apps, but the team provided me with an acceptable workaround and helped optimize the mobile part of the demo.

Efficient, effective, simplified product demos
What do you like best about the product?
HowdyGo's interactive demo, gif and video creation capabilities were perfect for what our Product Marketing team needed for a new landing page to highlight over 30 new innovative features we launched in the last few months. We needed a way to anonymize our merchants' product interface to show real-life examples of how easy and effective our new product features were for our brands, while avoiding sharing personal data and results. For this specific project, we wanted to turn our demos into gifs using the blur and remove HTML features, the ability to zoom in, highlight and customize timing of clicks. We had a tall order for our needs and Tom and Umberto from HowdyGo were so incredibly helpful as they quickly responded to any questions, issues, and new requests our team had while building and downloading our demos. The tool was extremely easy to use overall and met nearly every one of our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our use case was geared more towards gif and video creation, which is not necessarily the speciality for HowdyGo, but they somehow made it work and the output is what we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HowdyGo helped us quickly and easily leverage the our most advanced clients' product interface that best shows off our product features and results while allowing us to anonymize their store data.
HowdyGo is our ideal demo tool
What do you like best about the product?
For us, the best part is that HowdyGo is replacing demo environment that would have cost us significantly more and been a much larger lift to create and maintain. Our sales and marketing teams are able to create all of the demos they need with ease and no engineering overhead. We run demos every day, and locking our environment for these demos creates a headache for many.
From the beginning, Tom, Umberto, and Daniel have been absolutely phenominal to work with. They've implemented features we've wanted, reviewed demos for us, and have been incredibly collaborative to get things up and running. An extra special shoutout to Daniel for all of the direct technical support to get our custom domain, SSO, and SCIM setup!

So far, there are truly no downsides we've seen. There have been a handful of small and large features that weren't available to us, but the team has implemented things for us super quickly and have solved for all of our needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HowdyGo is solving the hard problem of doing demos to customers in our test environment while continuing to let our engineers iterate quickly. These demos are for small and large clients, and doing demos in a test environment that isn't always stable can create major risk for our sales and business teams. HowdyGo is replacing the need for what would be considered a second production environment, which is a major engineering lift.

HowdyGo has been amazing for us! I requested a feature enhancement, and they did it right away—no waiting, just action. Their customer support is hands-down the best, always keeping things smooth. Plus, their product really helps us shine, showcasing our features across our landing page, emails, and socials. If you want a partner that’s reliable, responsive, and super easy to work with, HowdyGo is it! Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! Occasionally, there’s a small demo-capturing glitch, but their support team jumps on it right away, so it's a non-issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HowdyGo is solving our need for a platform that clearly showcases how our product is used, which is essential given the complexity of our features. By making it easy for us to demonstrate real use cases, they’re helping us engage visitors on our website more effectively. This not only simplifies our product’s presentation but also drives better engagement, as users can see exactly what our product can do for them right from the start.
