Great Patch Management and Remote Access, but Deployment Can Be Slow
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great software deployment and patch management solution, and the remote access feature is very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software deployment can be quite slow at times, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product allows us to manage the software on devices across our organization.

Instant Remote Access with NinjaOne Makes Client Support Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access to any computer that has the ninjaone client installed on it. If a client calls in saying they need something sorted, all they have to do is let me know what computer they're on and I can remote on straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using it to connect to a computer that doesn't have the program installed, it can become more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us reduce the amount of time it takes us to troubleshoot and fix people's problems.
Modern Endpoint Overview, but Finicky Settings and Locked down System

A quick and modern overview of endpoints.

Settings are finicky, errors are not detailed and options are locked, an easy expansion is not possible.

Inventory Management and Monitoring. Both can be automatised.
Reliable Patching, but Technical Support Needs Faster, Consistent Responses
What do you like best about the product?
The good part of NinjaOne. patching work fine and mostly job done without any issue. Its good to have NinjaOne here in our company. we can trust to keep update our windows servers.

We are using this product from few moths back. Just month of JAN this year we using in the prod servers patching. NinjaOne suppose to improve the product support. specifically technical support part. If i raised request Its goin to support but not getting answers at once call. ticket alway moving to different team if asked any question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are patching our all the servers ( windows, Mac ) using NinjaOne, Its one stop for all the operating systems patching.

Nelle was wonderful to work with. The platform is super easy to use.

Simple, Complete Toolset—But Vulnerability Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and straight forward. It is a pretty complete toolset and is competitively priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting, specifically for vulnerabilities could be better to assist with vulnerability scans for compliance purposes.

It allows us to monitor in real time our clients' systems, ensure they are patched. It also allows us to remotely access their systems when needed.
Helpful remote machine, but partly confusing in navigation

The remote machine is very helpful in everyday work.

It is somewhat confusing for me, and I don't always find everything immediately.

I find that adding new devices is very complicated.

The clear monitoring and the usually simple connection to the servers when the agent is installed.

Sometimes the agent does not start, so you cannot connect. In this case, the agent must be reinstalled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If disruptions are noticed too late, support often takes unnecessarily long. With NinjaOne, I can detect problems faster and quickly connect remotely. This way, I can react and reduce downtime.
Top remote function in everyday life – Automation would make processes even more consistent
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful for work. The remote function is always top-notch and reliably supports me in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be sensible to create an automation for accounts as well as for the remote machine, so that these processes can be implemented more easily and consistently.
