On the go access to infra
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja can monitor all the servers including AWS and data centers. You don't have to use multiple monitoring tools for data centers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that much customizable. Like sometimes i've to retrieve some specific information about all the servers and it doesn't have the feature to get it. I've to do a lot of manual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja provides us real time alerts if any server reboots or shut down. We can take immediate reponse to restart the services.
Tech Support
What do you like best about the product?
Love the regular updates plus the addition of features to better perform regular duties
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support still lacking. some tickets take time for a reply and in a few times tickets are closed without a reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninjaone has automated our ticket response and ensures our helpdesk stays on top of tickets and better communicate with our end users
moderately positive
What do you like best about the product?
simple intuitive UX, remote control options
What do you dislike about the product?
NMS (Custom SNMP) relitavely under developed, customer support inefficient; tickets seem to get bounced back a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remote support, endpoint monitoring, patch management, automation
NinjaOne - a solution for each problem
What do you like best about the product?
I like that NinjaOne has a variety of tools built in, from ticketing or remote screen support, to automations for devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne has many offerings, it unfortunately is not (yet!) a knock-out choice when compared to some industry-related juggernauts. I've used it over several version iterations and the maturing is at a respectable, digestible pace for IT organizations using NinjaOne, so this is a good silverlining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single "pane of glass" is always a welcomed tool in an IT depts arsenal, so as NinjaOne matures it's offerings, each solution (ticketing, automation, device mgmt, etc.) gets better and better.

Splashtop and Bitdefender. I also like using Ninja to patch workstations and servers.

Patch management and endpoint security

What do you like best about the product?
Best for IT management asset tools, providing an overview of the operating system, including notifications for issues such as a full hard disk, RAM status, automation, scheduled tasks for restarts, and updates on both manual and automatic patches.

Policy implementation - Not yet live
What do you like best about the product?
Creating policies is straight forward once you have a plan first of what it is you'd like to achieve. Update windows and timings seem to be very straight forward. Support for Windows, MacOS and Linux is nice to have all in one area. My colleagues have used the customer support agents and have mentioned how friendly and helpful they have been. The main dashboard for the overview of org's is smart and flushed out, with a quick breakdown of the number of devices and being able to pull out total number of software that is seen across all devices are very fast to find, espeically in a case of auditing for security reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggling to get the Ninja Remote software to work correctly
A graphical interface of the policies and how they all link together in one page would be nice, after ~10 policies with child and parent's can get very confusing in the current UI.
Can't seem to remove the default policies / change the policies that are created by default.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for an alternative to CWM due to a bug that has not been fixed after 2+ years. NinjaOne should all allow us to work the way we intend to without causing end user's issues
