Responsive, Reliable, and Feature-Rich
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it simply works when you need it to. It’s responsive, and it shows logs of what’s happening almost in real time, which makes it easy to follow along. It also has a lot of features, and there’s room to add more so you can tailor it to your team’s specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature lacks customisability and doesn’t offer the functionality we need. Group/smart group creation has to be done from the devices menu, and then the list of groups is in a whole other area, which is just a little annoyance, but it does the job...

Patch management helps us keep apps and devices up to date while also keeping vulnerabilities out. It also lets us work from anywhere, which reduces the need to meet with end users in person and makes it easier to support them remotely. In many cases, we can do the necessary work on their device without them even realizing we’re working on it.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and well organized, allowing technicians to manage endpoints, patches, and alerts efficiently without unnecessary complexity. Patch management is one of the strongest features: it is reliable, flexible, and provides clear visibility into patch status across all devices. Another major advantage is NinjaOne’s customer support, which is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Updates and new features are released frequently and clearly reflect real customer feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is a very strong platform overall, there are some areas that could be improved. Advanced reporting and customization options could be more flexible, especially for larger or more complex environments. Some integrations with third-party tools are still limited or require additional configuration compared to more mature ecosystems.
Additionally, while the platform is easy to use, certain advanced automation or scripting features may require more documentation or examples for less experienced users. These are not critical issues, but improvements in these areas would make NinjaOne even more complete.

Simple, Intuitive Interface to keep it simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and mostly intuitive interface that will show you the basic state of your systems and allow you to take immediate action on any outstanding issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have with NinjaOne is when something has gone wrong, like a program not updating properly, it doesn't offer the reason (error code, etc) for the failure and is just a generic warning. This requires extra steps to gather that info that could be included in the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NanjaOne make patch management (MS and others) a simple task.
NinjaOne Remote Access: Fast, Responsive, and Feels Like Local Control
What do you like best about the product?
My most used and favorite feature about NinjaOne is the remote capabilities. It connects so quickly and is so responsive when using it, it barely feels like a remote session. Other than RDP right on windows, its the best remote service I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use almost all of the tools that NinjaOne offers, and they are all great. However, I have rarely ever used the reporting tool, and forgot that it exists. Once I took a look at it, it doesn't seem like it really does much for me, and would be nice if there was more information that it could gather for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ticketing system, remote management, software management, and inventory all used to be difference applications. With NinjaOne, we can do all of them with one, and also have a lot more tools like MDM, and remote commands.
Simplified Device Management, Quick Setup

I like NinjaOne because it's simple and brings monitoring, patches, and remote access together in one place. It makes patching, troubleshooting, and automation easy. The monitoring gives me visibility, patching keeps systems secure, and remote access lets me fix issues fast all in one tool. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and quick, just a few steps, and we were ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better, and the mobile app feels limited. I would like a customizable dashboard in reporting and for the mobile app to be more powerful with full remote access and better alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use NinjaOne for remote monitoring and managing devices. It makes device management easy by handling monitoring, patching, and remote support in one place.
