Ninja is a 10 in my book
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of deployment is very nice and simple.
The upsides to me are:
- Ability to list devices within a location
- Schedule scripts to run based on events
- View the event log without getting onto the machine
- Remote into the machine from the platform
- Script library is awesome

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting based on location isn't where I would have hoped. I know it is on the roadmap but can't wait for MDM capabilities. Would love to see some built-in security settings that you can set as a global setting to push down to devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves various things for us, but most importantly, visibility. We also benefit from being able to do many things from within the platform, from remoting in, to pushing scripts, to looking at the event and service log.

perfect support and an incredible development of the solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Report management has helped us a lot in communicating with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not disappointed, my support and all my questions are resolved very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to integrate the computer park and monitor the entire customer base, whether under windows, Linux or macOS. We can thus react very quickly and perpetuate the maintenance.
NinjaOne - A great endpoint management service
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne helps me manage, monitor, and control everything that goes on with my endpoint devices. It provides insight into endpoints without getting up and walking around the office all day. NinjaOne saves time for my system administrator, as well as myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have liked everything that has been offered with NinjaOne. I wish NinjaOne included the endpoint backup solution as part of the base offering and not as an add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of being able to support a remote workforce. We have expanded our mobile workforce in the last few years, and it can be challenging to keep up with devices that do not check into the office regularly.
Great Service Great Name
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has provided us with a secure and simple way to work remotely, when we needed it the most. I love their technical support response time and the expertise and care provided by the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, the only thing has been the way TeamViewer and Ninja APIs seem to be difficult to navigate, unless you receive extra support. I have had a few issues with TeamViewer saying that it is being used for commercial purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with our SonicWall SSL VPN device, and Ninja provided a good solution that did not require too much effort to deploy and to configure, in our part (IT Staff) as well as the end users.
NinjaOne is one of the best companies to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is one of the simplest ones to use. It requires little to no training for the techs. It also just does what it is supposed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a downside it would be that there are a few features we would like to see added. Darkmode being one of the main ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja handles all of our patching needs, remote end-user access, and monitoring and alerting.
Super easy to use! Documentation, community and support have been fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and ease of use has been lightyears ahead of what I'm used to coming from other competitor RMM solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, ticketing and documentation could be more robust. They work as described, however, they still more than meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We signed up for Ninja Protect for all of our devices. We use Ninja for pretty much everything, antivirus monitoring, server monitoring, workstation configuration, etc.
NinjaOne / RMM used by an MSP
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja helps streamline our support services. The automation tools that exist within ninja are awesome. With ninja we have the ability to carry out support tasks using scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the way we use ninja there really aren't a lot of downsides. It would be nice if there were an integrated security scanning tool like Nessus or a comparable product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows us to efficiently and, most importantly, quickly access any system at any of our multiple clients. Being able to multi-task easily is a huge benefit.
Great RMM, lacking in the ticketing department
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface for the RMM portion. At a glance, I can see how many computers are online. If any are unhealthy (multiple reason why this would be). Servers, workstations, and NMS and quickly jump into each to dig down into their list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts do not go away quickly. We have alerts if a server has not rebooted in 30 days, from Ninja, I can remote in and reboot the system. I also have the option to send a reboot command from ninja. Either way it is done, ninja will log that it has rebooted but the alert will not go away for a few days. You can manually remove the alert but I do not think it was designed to be that way. I also did not like the reporting and the views in the ticketing system portion of it. For that reason, we took our ticketing to another platform. The views would not always show you what they were suppose to. I would have the option to see all open tickets and it would not show, or show me all closed and it would fail to load them. I had to work out of the all ticket view and that can be quite annoying to have to scroll through all the closed tickets to reach an older opened one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, it helps by giving us quick remote connection to all of the end users and servers in the company. Patch management is handled by this RMM. We also have weekly pop-ups to remind users to reboot their computers as well as some scheduled scripts that run on a weekly basis to clear cookies, cache, etc..
Reliable service with great customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see all the information you need before even remote into a customer's computer is beneficial. Alongside the customer support, I couldn't be happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many updates, which is excellent, but sometimes I have issues with the Teamviewer integration. I do not blame them for it, but having a section to check the ongoing problems would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to have multiple services. Being able to do almost everything in one browser tab is invaluable. All we need now is a Google Sheets intergration.
Everything Everywhere, all in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated 4 different program suites into one centralized location on one invoice. The simple yet effective ticketing system is easy for end users to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Separate dashboards for BitDefender & Ninja should be combined. There also seems to be a bit of a disconnect on the support side between the two. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single pane to monitor the system health of all nodes. Easily manage patches and remotely install & uninstall software. Get new systems ready for deployment in minutes.
