NinjaOne Streamlines Ticketing, Onboarding, and Proactive Alerts

  • April 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne helps organise tickets and allows for customisation in many different fields, alert generation when needed and more. My team onboards people with ease and it is easy to integrate a client into the existing tenancy. NinjaOne warns in advance for any planned performance issues and performance is pretty uniform over long periods of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When performance drops, it can drop quite drastically, but support is never cut off completely. I do think Mac support could be a bit better, and the same goes for Linux, although the challenges involved there are understandably difficult. The UI changes very rarely; recently, some of the colours were updated, which will be welcome to some people but not to others. AI is included as a feature but isn’t forced, which is pleasant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps the team stay on track and helps productivity rise amongst us all. The time tracking helps define weak points or projects that have taken a specific amount of time, whether it be too long or if they were sorted quicker than expected.

Fast, Low-Latency Remote Control with Easy LAPS Code Access

  • April 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to remote control computers. I love how easy it is to get the LAPS code instead of looking around in active directory.
Performance wise it's always fast, with good latency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security aspect is kinda tight. "Keep me logged in" is a lie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to see information about the colleague's PC, easy to access it, without having to fumble with teamviewer or ask for an id and password.

Affordable, Game-Changing Remote Access with Stellar Ongoing Support

  • April 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne comes in cheaper than our previous solution, while providing a significantly better remote access toolset - with background mode being a real game-changer. The onboarding & support is stellar - with the ability to book an unlimited number of support calls with relevant technical experts at Ninja throughout the life of the subscription - not just during the onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would've said "lack of dark mode" but that's just been fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to manage patching across our customers' devices in a far more comprehensive way than our previous solution. The remote support is also far more reliable.

Simple and Powerful Endpoint Management

  • April 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is its simplicity combined with powerful functionality. The interface is very intuitive, which makes day‑to‑day management fast and efficient, even in complex environments. Remote access, scripting, and automation work reliably and save a lot of time. Updates and monitoring are clear and consistent, and the platform scales well without becoming overly complex. Overall, it allows me to manage endpoints proactively instead of reactively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is very user‑friendly, some advanced configurations can feel a bit limited or less flexible compared to more enterprise‑focused tools. Reporting and customization sometimes require workarounds, and deeper integrations or fine‑grained control could be improved. Documentation is generally good, but for more complex use cases it can be somewhat high‑level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the challenge of managing and monitoring a large number of endpoints in a consistent and efficient way. It brings monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation together in a single platform, reducing the need for multiple separate tools. This benefits me by providing better visibility into system health, faster incident response, and more proactive maintenance. As a result, routine work takes less time and issues can be resolved before they impact users, improving overall stability and service quality.

Fast, Clean UI and Reliable Features That Just Work

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and clean UI. The number of features is behind the competition, but the ones that are available work as expected, which is a good experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minimal to no logs available in the web UI when something doesn’t work, which makes troubleshooting difficult. The inventory feature also needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hardware management is much easier with NinjaOne, and it helps streamline my day-to-day work. I also appreciate the automation of routine tasks, which makes ongoing maintenance simpler and more consistent.
