Effortless IT Management – NinjaOne Delivers on Every Front
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne’s interface is incredibly intuitive, clean, and responsive. As an all-in-one RMM and endpoint management platform, it makes remote monitoring, patch management, and alerting seamless. The real-time visibility it offers across devices allows my team to be proactive, not reactive. Their patch management system is especially robust—configurable, reliable, and easy to deploy at scale. Support is top-notch too—fast responses, knowledgeable reps, and a clear commitment to improving based on customer feedback. In addition, implementing NinjaOne in our environment was an easy process and made navigating through 1000s of endpoints very easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, very little. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the reporting could be a bit more customizable for complex use cases, but they’ve been consistently rolling out updates that are closing that gap. Nothing has been a blocker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has streamlined our IT operations by consolidating multiple tools into one. We no longer juggle separate platforms for patching, monitoring, remote access, and scripting. This consolidation has reduced costs, improved technician efficiency, and dramatically increased endpoint uptime. It's also made onboarding new technicians far simpler.
NinjaOne has changed our game
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface that makes it easy to adapt to growing needs and combines multiple platforms into one. I also like the free engineering schedule to better understand certain features and keep up with releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see easier capabilities to alert on new devices and/or being able to sort the device list based on when it joined the instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combined our use of several different tools into one platform.
It has made support time faster with ease of use.

NinjaOne Is Cutting Edge
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation was great and the configurations were intuitive. Our team enjoys nearly everything about it, use it routinely with ease, and the things they don't like are being addressed already by the development team. Ninja is on top of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are missing but they are a little more niche than normal, so that's not a huge issue. Otherwise, the tool is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a space for us with a cutting edge RMM that is constantly evolving. Our previous RMM is no longer being worked on, so this is a huge upgrade for us in terms of support and development.
Reliable RMM
What do you like best about the product?
The scripting and update rings for customers that do not use Intune. It helps fill the gaps for customers who have decided to continue with on-prem deployments
What do you dislike about the product?
The backup solution could still use some work. It would be nice to be able to back up vms from the host level and to restore direct to Azure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is solving the central management of all of our customers endpoints. We are able to easily review the health of all machines and assist our clients with making educated decisions.
Needle in a haystack
What do you like best about the product?
We had been searching for an MDM solution for our Linux distributions across our organization for a long time. When we learned of NinjaOne and it's capabilities to enroll and utilize MDM across different distributions of Linux, our ears piqued. We have been able to utilize NinjaOne across our Linux fleet for pushing various company profiles and utilities that are required for us to be secure in our environment. This is the first tool we have used that actually worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't much to dislike. Like most widespread business and asset management tools, Linux can make it difficult to be able to manage due to it's nature. NinjaOne has been able to handle most everything that we have thrown at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to deploy AV and security policies that are required for us to be compliant.
Best RMM solution we have tried
What do you like best about the product?
Wemoved to NinjaOne from another RMM solution around a year ago. The experience so far has been night and day different. Our previous solution was clunky and difficult to customize to our needs. NinjaOne just works, and does everything we need so easily. Automation and scripting, sofware deployment, and alerting were all set up in days instead of weeks. Could not be more pleased.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not encountered any difficulties or negative experiences worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne handles all of our MSP needs for a RMM solution. Onboarding, patching, management.
Works well, good support
What do you like best about the product?
remote access, dashboard, updates to end devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more help with scripting, nothing else
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps us manage our clients assets and provide remote support
I’d recommend NinjaOne for its simplicity, speed, and strong automation great for MSPs and IT teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about NinjaOne is that it’s clean, fast, and just makes sense to use. It’s clearly designed with simplicity in mind, so getting it up and running is a breeze especially when you compare it to some of the more complicated RMM tools out there.
The real-time monitoring works great, the agent is super lightweight, and the automation features actually save time instead of adding hassle. For MSPs or internal IT teams, it gives you everything you need without all the fluff — so you can focus on what matters most: keeping things running smoothly

What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is definitely a solid tool overall, especially for teams looking for something fast, clean, and easy to use. That said, if you're working with more complex or highly customized environments, you might notice a few limitations compared to some of the older, more established RMM platforms.
For example, if your team leans heavily on custom scripting or niche integrations, you may find that NinjaOne doesn’t offer quite as much flexibility just yet. It’s still growing in that department.
And since it’s a relatively newer player in the space, while it’s improving quickly, some advanced users might miss the depth and maturity you get with the more traditional tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes managing IT way easier. It cuts down on the chaos by combining monitoring, automation, and remote access into one smooth tool. I spend less time fighting with the platform and more time getting actual work done — especially across multiple clients.
Nothing short of amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has made maintaining our endpoints a breeze! Relying on WSUS and then other RMM tools was already cumbersome, but with the additional automations, scripting, reporting, and RMM tools that Ninja provides has allowed me to singlehandedly manage 500+ endpoints without breaking a sweat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would say, is that I wish the dashboard or general tab view of an endpoint was more customizable. I often don't need to or want ALL of the information there, but that's only to clean up my personal view. I would also like to show additional fields, or even custom fields, but It's not a prohibitive problem at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, Automations, and Reporting have made my day-to-day experience working as an Engineer *infinitely"* easier. From scripting solutions and fixes, to creating alerts with scripts, and auto-remediations, I almost don't have to be hands on at all. But when I do, the tools I have at my disposal make that part super easy as well.
Ninja One Overview and Automation quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
I like the clarity, the quick response of the product itself (just quickly open a PowerShell, etc.), and the ease of use. Automation is a breeze with Ninja. Just roll out an update over the clients, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest disadvantage is the sparse information when something hasn't worked (logs). The support also still has room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If, for example, there is a security vulnerability, I always find a way with Ninja to install the update on all clients, no matter where they are.
