    Computer & Network Security

Very refreshing

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is bringing simplicity to a complex solution, by making their platform user friendly but still enabling the complexity of control as other larger platforms, it makes getting things done much faster and easier. In addition to the continual development and regular update it truly is one of the better platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
minor feature or configurations could be changed around to help things flow smoother but they are in the works already so not really something I even think about much as I know its getting better all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot, it is one of the core apps we use for IT and Security without it we would not as easily be able to manage, patch, investigate, handle tickets, document, etc... so it is a vital part of our business

I've used NinjaOne for five years — it's rock solid.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is reliable, fast, and easy to manage at scale. Over the years, it’s consistently delivered on performance and support. The interface is clean, updates are seamless, and the features continue to evolve without unnecessary complexity. NinjaOne just works — and that’s exactly what you want in an RMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Update/patch management has an occasional issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management and monitoring is seamless, allowing us to support endpoints without interrupting end users.

Patch management is reliable and automated, which drastically reduces vulnerabilities and manual effort.

Scripting and automation are simple but powerful, helping us standardize deployments and fixes across clients.

Alerting and reporting are clean and actionable, so we spend less time chasing false alarms and more time solving real issues.

The biggest benefit? Efficiency and trust. We don’t waste time babysitting the platform. It’s stable, intuitive, and improves our team’s responsiveness and service delivery.

How to really become the magician your end users already think you are!

What do you like best about the product?
To be on top of any client situation, to have situation awareness before you enter an end user call or just need to plan your next move with your end user clients. Ninja does it all - both on a wider, enterprise scale and down to a single user with a particular challenge. Initial setup, going from demo to functional, it took less than a day! Going from us at Helpdesk being learners to magicians and asking for more took like a week. Helpful and friendly agents from NinjaOne helped us go from the initial steps to being the goto tool for all support agents. Best tool I've used in the 25+ years of service! NinjaOne is one of the tabs started in the morning and stays active for the full day. Well worth the investment when it's used constantly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to NinjaOne, all that is there is just great and works. But, if I had the opportunity to create my own list for Xmas it would be:

* Expanded reporting functions and dashboard creation (To show my boss just how good this stuff is!)

Part from that I think we are covered and the development roadmap is sure to add stuff I didn't eve know i needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are active in 13 countries within EU and bordering, in that we handle several Azure Tenants and NinjaOne let's me and my Team seamlessly help end users, independent of network or situation. We have a fresh record of active clients at any time, much more accurate than similar systems! We can pre-deploy commands, adress client specific issues and mitigate risks with the help of tailored automations. NinjaOne is the perfect companion to our Microsoft environment, the surgical partner that we use to verify information given by larger systems and in real time... We are an in-house team, small but dedicated, we are family! The things we solve in all our Branch offices would not work without NinjaOne - I dread the day without this product. In numbers: we are 3 agents, servicing 480 end users, in 13 locations, in two tenants, servicing more than 50 applications! Enough said!

The support provided is exceptional. It is easy to use and deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very minute but I wish the chat feature had a bubble or notification of user typing.

Updating and patching endpoints and servers. The ability to have technicians and end users. We are able to give technical client users access to their machines.

The Undisputed Champion of RMM Tools

  • July 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM has to be the easiest RMM to use and implement. The automations, integrations and ability to do things like: open PowerShell modules, start and stop services view bit locker keys and the policies and alerts you can create is everything an RMM tool needs. We use this product every day and cannot work without! Customer service is really awesome and the ease of integration setup is super simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
Patching has been a big question mark for us. wish reports would show device ages or devices 5 years or older to entice customers to replace aging equipment. Dynamic Device groups could use some work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to support multiple customers ate once and create custom policies how customers wants with ease.
