There is update and improvements every time that amaze me. Using the RMM as a support desk agent makes it so easy to do my job and I look forward to the improvements every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything other than chat before connecting to a end users machine but I am sure that will change soon.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Ninja is their culture and the fact that they are very PRO MSP. They listen to feedback, fix things quick (if they break in the first place), and constantly strive to make things better and more valuable. We use the RMM, patching, backup products, Ninja remote, MDM, etc. It's all top notch. It's easy to use, easy to integrate with, easy to implement, etc. Their product/support engineers are great to work with and I'm just an overall fan boy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't much. The only thing I'm not a fan of is how the billing works for their backup product. It's more of a workflow issue on our side, but some granularity there would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced CW Automate and it's leaps and bounds better.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy they make it to manage your devices in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an easier way to push software app installation to end user workstations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep our endpoints up to date with critical security patches for the OS with NinjaOne. We are also able to perform real-time remote support for our end users which is extremely crucial for our law firm.

Great product, Great support

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features that are included with NinjaOne. Even with all the features, they are continuing to drive ahead and bring more and more with each update. The customer support is top notch as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any software, there are small bugs and things that don't work perfectly 100% of the time. But overall, these are minor and easy to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all my devices in real time is a life-saver. Having everything in one platform makes things very easy. The automation and scripting tools are making support so much faster and easier than I've been able to do in the past. I am able to manage assets, document KB articles, and even setup MDM policies in that same place. I feel like I'm only scratching the surface and I can't wait to see what else I find next.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support team and our Account Manager are great and answer all of our questions in a timely manner.

We use NinjaOne to deploy new tools across our network from a central dashboard. Saving us a lot of time and effort. We also use the built-in automation to run scripts everyday which has given us a lot of time back in our day.

Installation was quick and the ease of integrations is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the built-in patching and updating commands can be slow and annoying to use without proper setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has helped us to manage patching across our Datacenter and workstations in ways that were not doable previously.
What once took hours of work by our DevOps team to roll out applications or gather information on workstations can be done at the click of a button.

NinjaOne RMM for an MSP

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Ninja for just over a year, and even that relatively short period of time, the advancements in the platform have been phenomenal. They are serios about keeping an eye on the requests that come in via their support portal. I have seen multiple requests come in and go from request for feature to implemented in just a view minor versions. Generally, they are already working on the request when it comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main pet peeve with Ninja is the lack of information about client side processing ( patching specifically ) available native in the Ninja WebUI. The good news is with the combination of an automation and a WYSIWYG custom field, we just automagically pull the logs for a failed patch into the field for review, rather than having to log into the host to view them. So even though the information isn't as readily available as I would like, there is a way to grab it if you are willing to put the time in to implement it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is a great toolset that solves multiple problems for us.

1) Realtime visibility and monitoring of host status
2) Real time alerting based on host status
3) Remote management capabilities, via remote command line, remote powershell or remote UI session. New feature allows remote UI session without having to take over the users screen. This is a game changer
4) Full Application and OS patch managment
5) Scalable manaegment across multiple customers and sites along with RBAC to keep customer teams separate where necessary

Ninja allows us to do all of the above across multiple platforms ( not just windows ), which was a requirement for us.

We don't currently use their Backup or Ticketing as we have other solutions for both, but the fact that those are built into the platform along with EndPointProtection ( anti-malware / virus scanning ) is something that we may look at for future customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of the capabilities, reporting and dashboard the dashboards are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like as the platform works well for our techs and serves our customers well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us provide great services and manage our customers.

NinjaOne: A Powerful and Intuitive Platform for Modern IT Management

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has become a cornerstone of our IT operations, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that have streamlined our workflows and significantly improved our efficiency.

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I appreciate most about NinjaOne is its unified platform. Having RMM, endpoint management, service desk, and backup all integrated into a single, intuitive interface is a game-changer. It eliminates the need to juggle multiple disparate tools, providing a holistic view of our IT environment. This tight integration fosters seamless workflows and simplifies troubleshooting.

What is most helpful about NinjaOne?

The remote monitoring and management (RMM) capabilities are undeniably the most helpful aspect of NinjaOne. The robust alerting system keeps us informed of potential issues before they impact users, allowing for proactive maintenance. The remote access tools are reliable and efficient, enabling our technicians to quickly resolve problems from anywhere.

What are the upsides of using NinjaOne?

The upsides of adopting NinjaOne are numerous:

Increased Efficiency: The integrated platform and automation features save significant time and effort.
Improved Proactive Management: Real-time monitoring and alerting allow us to address issues before they escalate.
Enhanced Visibility: A single pane of glass provides a comprehensive overview of our IT infrastructure.
Simplified Management: The intuitive interface makes it easy for technicians of all levels to navigate and utilize the platform effectively.
Scalability: NinjaOne can easily scale with our business growth.
Strong Security Features: Built-in security measures help protect our endpoints and data.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

While NinjaOne is a strong platform, the reporting capabilities could be more customizable. While the existing reports are useful, we sometimes need more granular control over the data presented and the ability to create highly specific reports tailored to our unique needs.

What is least helpful about NinjaOne?

For our specific use case, the built-in documentation could be more comprehensive in certain niche areas. While the core functionalities are well-documented, finding detailed information on more advanced or less common configurations sometimes requires reaching out to support.

What are the downsides of using NinjaOne?

The primary downside of NinjaOne, particularly for smaller organizations, can be the cost. While the value proposition is strong, the pricing structure might be a barrier for businesses with very limited budgets. Additionally, while the platform is generally intuitive, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for new users initially, requiring a dedicated effort to learn and master all aspects.

Overall:

NinjaOne stands out as a powerful and well-integrated IT management platform. Its unified approach, robust RMM features, and focus on automation make it an invaluable tool for MSPs and IT departments looking to streamline operations and proactively manage their environments. While there are areas for improvement, the benefits of increased efficiency, enhanced visibility, and improved proactive management far outweigh the drawbacks. We highly recommend NinjaOne for organizations seeking a comprehensive and modern IT management solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne is effectively solving several key problems for our IT operations, which is providing significant benefits:

Complexity of Managing Multiple Tools: Previously, we relied on a collection of disparate tools for monitoring, remote access, ticketing, and backup. NinjaOne's unified platform has eliminated the complexity of managing these separate systems, streamlining our workflows and reducing administrative overhead. This saves us time and allows our technicians to focus on more strategic initiatives.

Reactive IT Support: Before NinjaOne, we often reacted to IT issues reported by end-users. The proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities of NinjaOne allow us to identify and address potential problems before they cause disruptions, leading to increased uptime and improved user satisfaction.
Inefficient Remote Support: Our previous remote access solutions were sometimes unreliable and lacked the integrated context of our monitoring data. NinjaOne provides robust and seamless remote access directly from the monitoring dashboard, enabling faster and more effective troubleshooting.
Lack of Centralized Visibility: Gaining a comprehensive view of our entire IT environment was challenging with separate tools. NinjaOne provides a single pane of glass, offering complete visibility into the health, performance, and security of all our managed devices. This centralized view improves our decision-making and allows us to identify trends and potential risks more easily.

Time-Consuming Manual Tasks: Many routine IT tasks, such as software deployment and patching, were manual and time-consuming. NinjaOne's automation features have significantly reduced the time spent on these tasks, freeing up our technicians for more critical work and reducing the risk of human error.
Disjointed Data and Reporting: Consolidating data from multiple systems for reporting was a cumbersome process. NinjaOne's integrated reporting provides a more holistic view of our IT operations, allowing us to track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of our IT services.
In essence, NinjaOne has transformed our IT management from a reactive and fragmented approach to a proactive, efficient, and centralized operation, ultimately leading to reduced costs, improved service levels, and a more stable and secure IT environment.
