A triumph in continuous improvement and a modern vision for endpoint management.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is designed well, with the user experience in mind. It integrated well with our existing applications while having the excellent support of their front line help desk and talented engineers, the latter of which we had access to during our seamless implementation. The product team does an excellent job listening to the community and implementing necessary features. They have reached or are approaching feature parity with other platforms across their offerings. Using the software every day is simple and complex enough to support a 5 figure amount of endpoints with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support should stay a priority for the organization, especially as the software suite is expanded. Patching reporting/review needs to

Extremely Reliable with Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, it’s reliable and includes all the critical features I need. The only thing I was missing recently was PSA — and then they announced it and enabled it for me. They're always adding new features, most of which are free. I've worked with them to enable additional non-advertised features that I required. Best RMM I've worked with to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the initial support representative is too junior. Issues do get resolved, but usually only after escalating/reaching out to level 2 or higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable RMM, automation and monitoring for new stack builds, monitoring for existing stacks/external services, patch management, automated remediation, IT ticketing, and documentation.
Over the years we have used several RMM's, but none have compared to NinjaOne.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Navigation is a no brainier. Patching, scripting, support, alerting, all work flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, it just works!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically patching systems and keeping them up to date. We have setup several automations in Ninja that saves our techs time, so they can get more done in less time.
Very easy to use device and patch management with great monitoring features
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is a very easy and quick to learn tool we use for patch management and device management. It also offers a many monitoring features without the need of additionally installed agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be some room for improvement in more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is giving us an easy to use platform where many different tasks can be done in one single application.
Every interaction with NinjaOne staff has been incredible and very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
The features that come out of the box is what I really enjoy about NinjaOne. The opportunity to build the RMM solution with the technologies you want is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that could be helpful is a section for asset management (Software List, Peripheral List). That would be the only thing I can think of that I don't like, is not having that section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, it is solving plenty of Device Health issues with the clients I have, and the ticketing system issue I was having, where I would need to have two systems, one for endpoint management and one for the ticketing system.
Ninja is handy, user friendly and swift.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is good and clear.
It has Windows encryption key backed up in cloud, very good.

What do you dislike about the product?
The policies are not easy to learn and comprehend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja provided multiple different RMM tools which are pushed to the endpoints. It is very convenient to admins when one of the RMM agent is not working then the admins can use alternative agents.
We use NinjaOne extensively to manage desktops and servers for our clients.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy remote access; simplifying patch management; scripting - so many things, I cannot choose just one!
What do you dislike about the product?
Exported data --> indexed arrays instead of useful info. Example: Home --> Software --> Export button results in a "Devices" column with entries like "[2439, 2649]". Those index numbers correspond to specific hosts - but only Ninja knows which ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing rapid and robust support services to our clients
The best tool I know to equip my employees to streamline device management
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of NinjaOne I love.... There is two things and I can't just choose one. They are both equally as important.
The ease of use and how intuitive it is. My employees are able to grasp the dashboard quickly.
Second is consistent functionality of it. It works 95% of the time. Very rare cases where a remote session fails to work.

What do you dislike about the product?
The 5% of the time it doesn't function. If it had 100% functionality, I would have zero dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device management, cybersecurity management. Auditing of applications.
It does all these very well. And a great tool for remote support tool.

NinjaOne - The Best RMM Around
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy NinjaRMM.
The scripting uses native languages and has tons of options. The only limit is your imagination.
They push out new features constantly and they take feedback about the product or suggestions about it very seriously.
Their support and account management staff are a joy to work with. They're always responsive and help in resolving issues. I've worked with Shain Von Hahmann a few times lately and he's been a tremendous help.
It integrates well with PSA's and documentation systems.
