Slightly more expensive but features leave alternatives in the dust.
What do you like best about the product?
Even my most junior team members can rapidly be valuable in NinjaRMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
My brain was trained to think of management by other RMM tools (ConnectWise and N-able). NinjaRMM's layout is so user-friendly, I struggled with the console at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only go on site with my customers when I want to show face.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the increase in per endpoint price against your labor costs.

Great SaaS tool for remote capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is fast and light weight. I have used other tools in the past but this is the first SaaS tool I have used for remote support. In addition to having the Splashtop add on, I can quickly log in to the problem device and work issues.
The biggest benefit is that it works for both Windows and macOS; I don't need a separate machine or tool to support a hybrid environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Need a much larger support for 3rd party application installs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working remote due to COVID-19 and I am sure that we will have more remote users than ever before. It is awesome to have a tool that the security side can be managed elsewhere and you can focus on other areas.
Great product and company
What do you like best about the product?
The people at NinjaRMM truly care about how their customers use their product and what they can do to improve it. We've had various communications with the sales and tech teams to provide input about Ninja, and they follow up on those suggestions. However, there isn't much to improve. The installation is easy, managing computers and applications are simple, technical support is quick to respond, and the product just works. It has helped us with patch management, third-party application management, remote support, troubleshooting and alerting. By far the best RMM out there, and we looked at about five different vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything I dislike. The product works as advertised. There's a reason Ninja is on the top of the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us with patch management, third-party application management, remote support, troubleshooting and alerting at an affordable price. As a healthcare company, providing quick results and solutions to our users are extremely important - Ninja has helped us to do that. We've also cut down on the time it takes to manage our fleet of computers manually.
The staff and support experience is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The Sales and onboarding process has been like nothing I have worked with before. The teams treated me like I was a human and not a dollar and a contract, and at the time of this writing, they did not require contracts. All the sales and even the project managers have been outstanding in answering our questions presales with no commitment given to help us feel comfortable as we were previously burned from another RMM.
Once we signed on and we committed to them, the same treatment didn't stop. Our account manager is just as excellent as the presales, and even though we are infants in eth age of being a client with them, i have heard that this treatment doesn't change from other customers.
Oh did I mention that human training is free and unlimited. We can run our staff through their training as many times as needed, and if we need support, we are not just a ticket on a dashboard to get resolved.
This has been the best decision for our company!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things in the UI that I would like to see changed but I have spoken up about them and the company has bene recpeptive to my feedback about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By default, the product is configured with basic alerting and monitoring once installed on your computers. It was alerting us to things that our current RMM was not in day1. Seeing what needs reboots and seeing what systems have errors is incredibly easy with its modern UI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take a moment to call them and talk with them about your needs its very likely what your looking for in a RMM is fully available through Ninja, and they would be happy to give you their time to assist you.
My overall experience has been superb!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the interface, scripting ability, and customization. I like how Ninja is always evolving and integrating new APIs and partners. Andy Karruli, my account manager, has been on top of all requests with extraordinary response times. It has been a pain-free process since day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I can't wait for built-in service ticketing capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still in the basic setup for my clients. I have not had to dive too far into scripting for repairs. I look forward to learning everything about Ninja to utilize its tools to their fullest.

Ninja is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja makes software deployment so easy I can train an intern on how to write deployment scripts and automate essential IT functions such as third-party update installation, security posture compliance, and troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had one case where a technician was not very helpful. I escalated the issue to my Account Manager, and the issue was taken care of immediately. Ninja not only answered my concern that was "blown off" by the technician, they went above and beyond in ways that I wish I could dive in deeper on, but cannot. Suffice to say, my Account Manager more than made up for the one bad experience I had with their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software deployment, PC troubleshooting and setups, confirmation that third-party updates and Operating System updates are installed in a timely manner.
NinjaRMM - Good for Startup MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM provides a reliable RMM tool that is great for a startup company. I especially like the immediate integration of Bitdefender to provide a monitoring tool and security solutions with a single deployment. The fact that it is a total cloud solution makes it even better, with mobile app monitoring and the availability of managed assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls for different functions are hidden or difficult to find, especially on deploying antivirus and configuring the product. Also, the reporting is not as robust as I would like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I solve with NinjaRMM is remote support. Having the Splashtop integration allows for a fast and reliable solution to remote to endpoints and fix issues. Also, identifying assets by name and keeping them properly patched is another area that this product solves.
Small IT Services Provider Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has allowed me to support my customers with greater speed and flexibility which totally changed what I could do as a single-person shop. Having an app to remote into client computers allows me to get more done when I'm out working on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not wishing for anything new at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm keeping 100 computers running without having to go onsite almost ever. 10,000 fewer miles per year on my vehicle and more time with my family.

Remote command line access, software inventory control and scripting
What do you dislike about the product?
I;m not a fan of the file explorer implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company computers are not all domain connected. Ninja allows me to control installed software. Massive help in rolling out new antivirus solution.
Simple to implement and use
What do you like best about the product?
This tool JUST WORKS! Install the NinjaRMM agent onto the devices you want to track and support and your off to the races. The agent install is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the software inventory reporting was more robust for the purpose of software compliance reasons. I get the information I need, but it is sometimes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NinjaRMM for Windows Updates, Antivirus protection, and Remote Support for all of our PCs deployed.
