Ninja RMM Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and general functionality over the other RMMs that I have used. I also really enjoy the Tasks feature as it has made installing software across multiple systems a very easy thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a file distribution feature so that I don't always have to have a script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installing software across a whole 600+ end-user company was a breeze with the tasks feature. This made the deployment of several software installs take roughly an hour versus several days to a week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot!! Our account manager, Adam, is great Very helpful when I have questions and will always transfer any issues he can't explain or figure out on his own, over to tech support which has gotten back with me within a few hours. Adam has even pushed a few ideas that I had for more features up to the design team to see if they can implement them in the near future

I'm able to organize all my clients and all of their devices with NinjaRMM, also am able to use / share the URLs to show coworkers which PCs are having issues.
I have all my clients up to date on Microsoft Windows 10 patches, Microsoft Windows 8.1 patches, Microsoft Windows 8 patches, and Microsoft Windows 7 patches. I also have my clients on Microsoft Windows Server 2019 fully patched. Microsoft Windows Server 2016 as well are fully patched, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 are also patched

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure NinjaRMM is what you want, and offers what you need. Not everyone can deal with not having full BitDefender integration, and not everyone can deal with not having Linux support currently.
Simple, easy and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
CMD and Powershell commands, integrations with A/V and customization alerts, Mobile app is very useful as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a larger community for sharing scripts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation patching and updates. Being able to deploy custom scripts across an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time set up properly, make proper use of the dashboard
Powerful and Easy to Use. Manage your endpoints like a Ninja.
What do you like best about the product?
We used another RMM and it was painful to set up and deploy software without blowing up systems. It got so bad that when a zero-day came out we had to run to every site and patch computers (sneaker-net). Ninja RMM has been great. We patch and manage all of our sites and computers. It's easy to set up and use. The support team is great and very helpful. I like the fact new improvements and implementations are always coming out. I also have the NinjaRMM app on my iPhone so I can patch and get the alerting right there. Ninja RMM works well with our ticketing system. Just waiting on some new implementations to make it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I would like for NinjaRMM to have and I have requested or its coming in a future implementation. Besides that I love the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to patch all my windows and 3rd party software. It does not have every software but has the majority of them. It also patches the firmware and is easy to execute the patching. I also like the fact I can get into the backside of the systems and work on registry or files without impacting the user. I also like the scripting power (Bash and Powershell). {wished it could output results}, but it is a great tool. For me, I see a lot of potential in this software and its ease of use.
I am a one-man IT department, and I approve this message.

What do you dislike about the product?
- during the two week trial, i was unable to use the platform for a few days straight. their support reps assisted me with these problems, and after an update, i no longer had issues. because I was unable to use the product for a couple of days, they rectified this by extending my trial by an extra two weeks. that has been the only hiccup during my 7 months of experience with Ninja. The representatives reach out regularly to announce feature updates or to ask if SysAdmins like myself need any help with any of their offered features. It feels good to have them care about their clients' successes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-remote management of our hardware, many of them are more than 5 years old. I keep tabs on the systems to see if any hard drives are too full, or any OSes are outdated.
-i run remote scripts in powershell regularly. Its great to be able to run a script on a workstation in the background, while the user can still use the PC.
-I run this on the server we have to monitor all the information about it, and make sure that if anything fishy happens that I didnt approve, such as user creation or deletion, i am alerted.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand what you need in an RMM. lots of RMMs are feature rich, but don't really excel in the features that your organization needs. Ninja, i think, follows the 'more is less' philosphy. in my opinion, they dont necessarily have all the features that exist in the world of rmm, but the features that they do have (which are a lot) they do very well. nothing has broken in my use of it for the past 7 months.
Great RMM solution for us!

NinjaRMM is my Covid Cure
What do you like best about the product?
I love that NinaRMM is cloud-based. I just switched to NinjaRMM about 2-weeks before COVID and it allowed me to patch my mobile workers (that's everyone now) while they worked at home. I am not sure what it would have been like without NinjaRMM.
Recently I began using NinjaRMM for my Mobile Device Management (MDM). I like that it was simple to implement.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find it somewhat simple featured but that's okay. This makes it simpler to use which is more important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM is my COVID Cure. NinjaRMM has given me the peace of mind that my COVID workforce is getting patched. I also benefit at the simplicity of the MDM integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give NinjaRMM a look. It might help with your COVID issues.
Best In class RMM
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a bunch of different RMM's over the years and they all lacked real 3rd party patching Ninja has everything i needed and more. Fast set up took my team less then a day to get the agent out and on my 10 clients pc and macs . The servers all had it on with no issues....We also found out our clients have been missing a lot of updates before Ninja . That all was discovered because of the software. It up us catch a major Security Issue with Java not being patched by the old RMM that again was due to Ninja RMM. The best part there is no hidden cost like our last RMM that charged a setup fee even thought it was set up... Ninja offered to set us up but we had it done by the 1st time they logged in
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface in the early on was a lil bit hard to use but that has been now fixed with the past few updates. The tasks and work flows are also good and have improved over time there is not much to not like about the system... Our clients love how fast it helps us fix the issues and how we can open tickets right from the taskbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3rd party patching and billing has now moved to one place for av and remote. We able to get splashtop and webroot all under one bill no more 10 bills for each client ..that was the biggest win for my billing team. the sales team help us convert everything as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% Very easy to use and setup only took 1h My team lead had it done in 20 min. We been set up and running with the trial and after the web demo it was done. They did not have to remote in one time to show us how to use the software. We used some free one and competitors but due to the manny 3rd party patching this was the best
NinjaRMM is amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Great support and community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some issues connecting with Teamviewer, but this has been a Teamviewer issue. Not Ninja's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily handle software and operating system updates and patches. Being able to deploy scripts remotely and easily especially with some of my users working from home.
