What do you like best about the product?
Everything just works. Automation is easy. Organization setup is easy. I use NinjaOne all day every day and very rarely do I have issues. We are also setting up our new instance of Halo and, so far, integration has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes unnecessary updates are made to the Dashboard and it takes some time to get used to where things move to. Not a big deal, just inconvenient.
When we get errors with Ninja Remote not working, all it says is error. it makes it very hard to troubleshoot or even put in a ticket with support.
