All-in-One IT Management Made Easy, But Policy Setup Needs Smoother Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne’s SaaS-based, agent-only setup is quick and straightforward to deploy, with no need for additional appliances. I really appreciate the real-time alerts, smooth remote access, and the way it brings together tools like MDM, patching, and automation within a single dashboard. It’s a robust, all-in-one platform that genuinely streamlines IT management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although NinjaOne offers a robust set of features and considerable power, I have found that creating and managing policies can sometimes be a bit difficult. The flexibility of the policy structure is impressive, but it demands thoughtful planning and thorough testing to achieve reliable results across various device groups. Introducing a more intuitive or guided approach to policy management would further enhance the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne addresses the challenge of real-time visibility by sending immediate alerts whenever an endpoint or service experiences downtime. This enables our team to react swiftly and reduce the duration of any outages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is always important so I think perhaps an intuitive report writing tool would be helpful.

Patch management and remote support
All-in-One Remote Management with Excellent Scripting and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Remote management, automated software and OS patching, the Remote Registry, Task Manager, File Browser, and Service Management tools all in one management console. Custom scripting tools are easy to use and online documentation is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote session generally works well, but can suffer from poor resolution. Also, when a computer is rebooted, it can take several minutes before I am able to connect to it in a remote session. Sometimes I have to instruct the user to open the Services MMC and restart the NinjaRMMAgent service if I am not able to connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management has been the biggest benefit. I used to spend hours per week doing manual remediations, and this time has been reduced significantly.
Elegant Dashboard and Efficiency, But Onboarding Support Needs Improvement

The ease of use and the GUI is elegant. The dashboard is very informative and has all the necessary alerts visible upon login. Very efficient and its nice to have everything in one place.

The lack of support during initial setup. It felt rushed. Its almost like as soon as we cut the check, we were essentially forgot about.

Effortless Setup and Daily Use—NinjaOne Makes IT Management Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love NinjaOne for its simplicity! It was very easy to implement into our existing infrastructure and getting our devices onboarded. I have used it on a daily basis for a multitude of tickets. The remote tool is perfect and I love that it is built into the platform. Creating automations and custom scripts is also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to see the effect is has across my organization. Approving patches is quick and easy, but sometimes it is tough to tell how well device updates are being applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne we had no way of remotely accessing any devices at my organization. So the built-in remote tool has been a game changer on our remote days. It is also amazing to get access to live data from devices.

The automation and information collected and provided via reporting and gui
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have seen more standard report templates or reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unified Management and device security Made Easy for all devices including mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a unified platform that allows us to remotely connect to devices, manage them, install security patches, and configure settings from a distance. The NinjaOne library and forum also provide a wide range of automation scripts. As we transition from TeamViewer to NinjaOne, we found that NinjaOne offers a script specifically for removing TeamViewer, which we’ve been using to help facilitate the switch.
Starting January 2026, we’re expanding our use of NinjaOne to manage all our tablets. This is a game changer, since tablets have traditionally been harder to manage than Windows laptops. With NinjaOne, we can manage and secure our tablets more effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, NinjaOne can be slow when I try to access a device remotely. Also, on my mobile phone I have to use both NinjaOne and NinjaRemote because they are two separate apps, which makes the overall process a bit cumbersome. In addition, it still lacks features for managing mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. For example, we can’t connect to a tablet or smartphone in real time and are limited to screen recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing desktop and mobile device management together in a single platform has been beneficial for me. It also streamlines patching, vulnerability management, and security updates by keeping everything in one place. NinjaRMM can manage and secure mobile devices as well, which makes it easier to stay consistent across different device types.
