Instant Remote Access with NinjaOne Makes Client Support Easy

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access to any computer that has the ninjaone client installed on it. If a client calls in saying they need something sorted, all they have to do is let me know what computer they're on and I can remote on straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using it to connect to a computer that doesn't have the program installed, it can become more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us reduce the amount of time it takes us to troubleshoot and fix people's problems.

Comprehensive API Powers Fast, Reliable Automation and solid patching

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We focus quite heavily on automation, so we really like Ninja’s comprehensive API, as well as the speed and reliability of our scripts and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to have more control over NinjaRemote through policy-based settings, instead of relying on its built-in, app-style permissions. I’d also like to see more policy-based options for location settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with OS patching with other RMMs, but Ninja seems to be much better. With the added Vulnerabilities option, we’re in a much better place when it comes to patching compliance.

Single Portal for Easy Device Management, Remediation, and Remote Support

  • February 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see all customer devices in a single portal. It makes day-to-day management straightforward, and it helps with vulnerability remediation. It’s also easy to deploy apps and scripts, then categorise them as needed. Also, it provides a quick way to remotely connect to customer devices when support is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Background mode doesn’t include all the Windows features. It would be useful to have access to the control panel, and some apps, like Event Viewer, are glitchy - this has already been raised as an incident. Also, software changes can take a while to update on the Software tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides quick access to a snapshot of devices across an organisation. It’s a secure remote management tool that makes it easy to connect to customer devices. I also find it straightforward to manage and view devices, and to gather key information about them. Deploying scripts and software in bulk is simple as well, and scheduling those deployments is easy to set up.

The Ninja Remote Tools allow to work faster and the mobile app is very helpful.

  • February 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Many built-in features. Easy handling. Absolutely customer-friendly and courteous service! Software distribution and patch management can be almost 100% automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain updates do not always run smoothly. After updates, there are changes in the application that do not always lead to improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep an eye on e.g. warranty status of the devices, software status, and management of all devices.
