What do you like best about the product?
Great interface, great support, great pricing, and a great account manager! Not having to a term commitment is a nice plus as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing to start with NinjaOne support for SentinelOne tickets can slow the process down a bit if it's something that truly needs to be handled by SentinelOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NinjaOne to manage our customer's fleet of devices.

Easy Daily Use with Automated Patching and Expandable Scripting

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on a daily basis, takes care of patching automatically through the scripting and is expandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a preview screen before connecting to a machine so you can see if the user is in the middle of something before connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja takes care of a lot through its automation features saving time

Intuitive Setup and Management

What do you like best about the product?
Installation and management is intuitive unlike many other products out there. They support a mobile app and seem to be actively developing the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be improved although there is the option to use it via a web browser on your phone as well it just feels clunky. I also feel like there list of integrations needs to improve in certain areas such as the accounting packages with their built in PSA/ticketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps multiply our effectiveness. It helps us with management, compliance, and security. The tools we're able to leverage from Ninja are invaluable to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne presents update monitoring in a clear and intuitive way, which helped us elevate our update management to a more advanced and professional IT level.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks. The platform meets our needs and works reliably in day-to-day use.

NinjaOne helps us manage system vulnerabilities by ensuring patches and updates are deployed efficiently and consistently. This significantly reduces security risks and gives us better control and visibility over our environment.

It Just Works

What do you like best about the product?
The simplest way to say it is it just works. Building organizations and setting up policies for the orgs is very intutive and easy to do. It is as simple as selecting the org downloading and going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about. it is one of the best products for RMM we have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant connection. With previous RMM's it seemed like we could never get connected to the PC's that we were trying to work on

What do you like best about the product?
In general, the tool practically meets the needs of our IT department to manage the assets of our entity. It allows us to maintain adequate and centralized control, and it fits well with what we require on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
To put a downside, I find it inconvenient that we cannot send chats unless we connect remotely to the affected asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly facilitates the work I need to resolve technical issues and, furthermore, it helps me to have a more accurate idea of the problem that may exist.

What do you like best about the product?
The console is very intuitive and fast for day-to-day use. I like the visibility by device (status, alerts, inventory) and the ability to automate recurring tasks with scripts and policies. It saves a lot of time in support and maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some functions to be more "guided" (templates) to standardize policies and alerts from the very first minute. I would also improve the detail of certain executive reports and the way to schedule more personalized reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize endpoint management: monitoring, patching, inventory, and remote access. Reduce incidents due to lack of updates, accelerate diagnosis, and allow action before the user notices the problem. Result: fewer tickets and shorter resolution times.
