Effortless Rollouts and Efficient Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has helped out organization out immensely with our phased roll out of Windows 11 as well as the major migration of other software from one version to another. The ability to quickly filter devices with certain software packages already installed, as well as divvy up devices into one or more groups has made staging and roll out planning much quicker and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne remote control has at times been a little shaky, but the couple times we reached out to support, they provided quick, quality support to help us out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and maintaining 2,000 devices across our organization is quick and efficient.
Effective Management and Ticketing
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's robust and consolidated device monitoring and remote access makes device management exponentially more convenient and effective. It has made the ticketing process much easier, for the end user and for the technician. I would whole-heartedly recommend NinjaOne to anyone who needs to simplify their management and ticketing process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the current ticketing system is effective, a little more flexibility on the ticketing process or some added features would benefit the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has made centrally managed monitoring a possibility for our district. Being able to see what the status of my endpoints is and address issues as they occur (proactively instead of reactively) has solved countless problems.

Effortless Management and Productivity Boost for Our Helpdesk
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It is designed well to make it simple to use, even though it is a robust system. It collects a lot of data on all the devices it is installed on, and we are able to use the info to make sure they stay up to date. The automation library is extensive and has options for almost everything. It has made our helpdesk, all 3 of us, more productive since we don't have to manually update every computer. And we can now remote into our endpoints even when they are offsite, like all of our remote workers are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into a downside. It was quick to set up and deploy, support has been great when we did have any issues, and we use it all the time.
The one time we had any issue was when one of my team members was attempting to remote into a computer, she was denied with a message saying there were too many users already using the remote services. But we were never able to replicate this issue and never ran into it again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adding our documentation into NinjaOne, this is making a central repository for all IT knowledge instead of it being spread across several file servers and computers. This makes finding the right information and keeping it updated much easier.

Effortless to Learn with a Refreshingly Simple UI
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The program doesn't really have a steep learning curve. I was able to pick it up within a few hours and was zipping through it like I had been using it for years. The KB is also filled with information that pointed me in the right direction a few times.
The UI is very well thought out and the lack of "AI features" is a breath of fresh air.
