Powerful Automation and Seamless Remote Management
What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities are incredibly powerful. We’ve built a ton of them to handle everything from routine maintenance to custom workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generation feature is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 30 different office locations, plus remote workers. NinjaOne makes it easy to provide remote assistance to all of our users, regardless of where they are. With automations, we can make configuration changes to all of our 700 endpoints at the click of a button. We love how the custom fields tie into the automation system. Being able to write to custom fields and use them to build dynamic groups gives us a huge amount of flexibility. It lets us adapt our environment and target devices intelligently without any manual intervention.
Easy Setup, but Needs Comment Editing and Time Tracking Options
What do you like best about the product?
This is probably the easiest service management tool I've used, both in terms of installation and overall usability. The customer support is consistently excellent—they always respond promptly to any issues and provide proper resolutions. Additionally, this tool is very reasonably priced compared to other similar options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to edit comment and add time on tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were searching for a solution that would provide us with the flexibility to manage operating systems, hardware and firmware, as well as software patches and updates, effectively. NinjaOne not only proved to be an effective patching solution, but it also became our ITSM and remote management system. It offers many additional features that we are still exploring, and it has the potential to replace several of our existing tools. That means more savings!
Despite a few challenges with the Windows Update, NinjaOne’s advantages outweigh the drawbacks.
What do you like best about the product?
NInjaOne is still a great tool that integrates well with our environment. It continues to allow us to better automate our solutions making time for the team to work on more critical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne has scaled very well over the past year. Partnering with their experts team we have been able to resolve our issues and streamline our processes more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving to a more automated solution with in our IT team. The tools NinjaOne provides us have allowed for faster onboarding with minimal user interaction. The Patch Management has greatly increased our ability to monitor patches and schedule them more accurately across our entire environment.
Efficient IT Management with NinjaOne, but Reporting and Pricing Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out for its clean, intuitive interface and strong automation capabilities that simplify IT management. It offers fast, reliable remote access, powerful patch management across Windows, macOS, and third-party software, and unified endpoint management that reduces tool sprawl. Combined with responsive support and easy onboarding, NinjaOne is valued for being efficient, lightweight, and ideal for streamlining both MSP and in-house IT operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users dislike that NinjaOne’s reporting features are limited and not very customizable. Mac patching and automation can be inconsistent, and pricing is considered high for smaller organizations. While support is generally good, response times can vary, and certain features—like the built-in ticketing system and mobile app—lack the depth and functionality found in other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves key IT management challenges by centralizing monitoring, patching, automation, and remote support into one platform. It reduces the need for multiple tools, streamlines routine maintenance, and helps proactively address issues before they disrupt users. This saves time, improves security through consistent patching, and enhances efficiency by allowing technicians to manage endpoints quickly and remotely—all of which lead to smoother operations and reduced downtime.
Great onboarding and feature rich
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process with Shemika Howard was very informative and helpful to show the extent of all Ninja has to offer in terms of features. Without the onboarding, I would have had no clue what 90% of the features were and would have had to figure them out by myself and I am extremely lazy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with ninja is more as an issue with Macs, but the limitations compared to windows machines can be a bit frustrating at times. Since the Mac issue isn't something Ninja can help, another thing I'm not a huge fan of is the new update moving certain features around, but that's just due to comfort and familiarity that I'll get over eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous RMM was very sketchy with communication and pulling features without any warning. Not having to worry about being misled or getting proper support in times of stress is a huge relief. I haven't been using ninja for long, but the transition was quick, easy, and painless.
Intuitive and Easy Transition from Teamviewer
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and simple to use. The transfer from Teamviewer was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am missing some of the features that we had with Teamviewer like switch hosting positions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required to have full software version documentation.
NinjaOne Makes IT Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is how streamlined and centralized everything is. The dashboard gives a clear overview of all our endpoints, and remote access is fast and stable, saving me countless trips between buildings. The automation features are another major plus - whether it’s pushing software updates or running scripts. As someone switching to NinjaOne for the first time, I was impressed at how quickly I caught on. The platform is intuitive and lightweight, making it easy to get up to speed right away. Overall, it’s an excellent RMM solution to simplify endpoint management
Also sentinelOne integration has been great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation scripts I’d like—such as enabling BitLocker—aren’t available out of the box, and certain advanced features could be expanded to give more control over device management.
More features to Apple MAC MDM.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving several critical IT challenges for our school district. Remote access is fast and reliable, which saves countless trips between buildings and reduces downtime. The platform’s automation features like pushing software updates and running scripts handle repetitive tasks automatically, freeing up my time for higher-priority work.
IT Manager
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT Manager, Ninjaone was the best bang for my buck. The value you get is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking forward to it getting it's own vulnerability scanner in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an excellent patch management system, and NinjaOne delivers.
Great Patch Management and Centralized Helpdesk, but Device Licensing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of the patch management and centralized endpoint management. Within the last year, we have started to use it for our Helpdesk as well and it has really made things a lot easier for us to keep track of all the issues that come up. It is nice to have a lot of the information that we typically need located in a single interface. We are finding small things all the time that help us do things that would have otherwise taken much longer.
We also really like the idea that we can give other users access to a specific group of computers. This has come in very handy. We use this application every day, and it is the first think I log into when I come in every moning.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to manage the devices and their licenses. In the past with our previous RMM we could remove a device, but tell it not to uninstall. That way if we had a suspicious device we could remove it, and if it came back we knew it was valid. I have had computers that changed names that Ninja didn't realize so we had two computers with different names, that we actually the same computer.
Customer Support isn't always the best. I have had great experiences, as well as not so great. It all depends on who you get, and if you get help or a link to something to read that may or may not help you. I wasn't contacting support to help me Google something, I was looking for help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was able to combine things that we were using multiple platforms for, into one location. There is no one application that is going to do everything for you, but this one checked all the boxes that we needed.
Huge step up from previous RMM utilities - best bang for buck
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features available at the base pricepoint is impressive. I like the ease of install and management of endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the monitoring agent and remote control agents separate is a bit of a pain, but understandable given the different licensing tiers.
Occasionally, the agent will stop responding and it can be challenging to remediate without being in front of the endpoint.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were first introduced to ninjaone due to some dissatisfaction with the previous RMM tool we were using. NinjaOne provided a much better end user experience at a more attractive pricepoint and helped us reduce our overhead budget by tens of thousands per year.
