I love the insights on the devices per customer/company, its so easy to cheack the device health ! Also the Ninja Remote solution work so well when installed right, i never had issues till know. its easy to support the customers when they call and we can instantly come on their computers
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes my login is a bit wierd, sometimes its working with the sso and entraID and sometimes it just wont :) for my sake i have a good boss than always solves the issues ( but i think its a entra issue not a ninja one)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant help. When customers call they want immediate help, and think their device is shortly before exploding. thats why i love the ninja remote sessions, i can use it in the homeoffice or in the office normally, i can help from anywhere. i remember we had more issues with that as we used anydesk or konterra
Fast, Reliable Patching with Lightweight Agent and Smart Alerting
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, reliable patching
OS and third-party patching are solid and predictable. When it says something is patched, it usually is. That alone wins trust.
Policy-based automation without madness
You can set policies once and apply them broadly without creating a fragile house of cards. Scripting and automation feel powerful but not scary.
Performance + lightweight agent
The agent is small, quick, and doesn’t feel like it’s bullying the endpoint. Devices stay responsive, which users appreciate even if they don’t know why.
Good alerting signal-to-noise ratio
You can tune alerts so you’re not drowning in nonsense, but you also don’t miss real problems. That balance is hard to get right.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation & scripting could be deeper
Reporting is just okay
Third-party patching doesn’t cover everything
Alert tuning takes manual work

Easy-to-Navigate Interface with a Well-Designed, Customizable Device Overview
What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface is easy to use and navigate. It designed well and resembles a lot of web portals tools that we use in our business such as BitDefender and Ubiquiti. I think the overview or summary of devices is well designed with the customization of columns. Its easy to display or sort devices without having to click into each group/location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue we have is the remote accessing tool, it is inconsistent and seems to have issues when updates or patches aren't up to date. I don't know if this happens with other customers but impacts are ability to assist.
Next the one thing I noticed is how the "Last Login" section is determined or calculated. This is a detail we use often when troubleshooting issues and I can tell from the last quarterly patch it has changed. The dates seem to longer and don't refresh on restart. So, we are getting mixed results when it comes to computer usage. We have people with 14 day sessions noted in Ninja but users mention they restarted their device this morning which is a concern.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing devices is the biggest problem for us since we have so many locations. It helps us organize and notate device info very well. If we did not have ninja we would have to resort to azure for device management which has some pros but too many cons given our business needs.
NinjaOne’s Intuitive Interface Makes Device Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has an extremely easy interface to navigate. I use it all day to manage our corporate devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get very frustrated when having to retype Search parameters. For instance, from the Dashboard > Software tab, I perform a search to find "Microsoft Word", then I drill down to find the specific devices that have that software by clicking the devices link. But when I hit the browser back button it doesn't take me back to my previous search. Also, It is frustrating that you can't sort by some columns that you would think you could sort by.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides us a single management tool to manage all of our corporate endpoints.
Device Health at a Glance with Powerful Automation and Custom Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I can see the health of all my devices at a glance and address problems quickly. When I notice an issue happening on a regular basis, I can create automated tasks to resolve it. I also use several scripts to gather information and populate custom fields, which I can then review easily in a custom report.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out how to populate custom fields using scripts and then create an automation based on those values. The information available on NinjaOne can be daunting, and at times it feels conflicting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing the health of all of our devices especially since they're scattered across the state and being able to respond to problems quickly is the most important thing.
NinjaOne Consolidated Our Tools and Cut Costs
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has many great features, and has allowed us to consolidate multiple tools into a single platform, reducing cost at the same time. We currently leverage the platform for remote access, endpoint monitor, scripting and ticketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I have few complaints, but the ticketing system feels very basic compared with more robust products in the space. That said, it still meets our requirements and gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management and remote access. Our previous management product was slow to develop and improve, and the remote access software we were using didn’t provide a stable connection, dropping frequently.
Flexible Software Package Deployment Tailored to Your Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to push out software packages, can be 3rd party etc. have the option to tailor to your workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having it linked to our VDI infrastructure, so a little segragated from our physical endpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for patching and remote sessions for tech support. It allows us to automate patching, software updates, and the rollout of new technology. Because we don’t have to physically touch each endpoint, it saves us a lot of time and makes the process much more efficient overall.
Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate Admin Page for Everyday Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
The admin page is intuitive and easy to use. Finding workstations, software, and anything else required for endpoint management is always accessible and easy to navigate. For someone using it every day this is helpful in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be beneficial to be able to copy/paste larger files across the remote connection. This would assist in troubleshooting and management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne assists with the endpoint management as well as software maintenance and distribution across multiple offices.
Wide Platform Support Made Our Windows & Mac Migration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the wide variety of platforms that it supports. We were able to migrate both our windows machines and Macs into NinjaOne
What do you dislike about the product?
Mac MDM still needs some work but it does work fairly well for how new it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to consolidate a few different tools into one place. The strong focus on automation is a big plus for me, and it makes the overall workflow feel more streamlined.
