Easy to Use, Fast Device Connection, and Low Latency
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and straightforward to understand. It’s very responsive and connects to the device quickly. Supporting a user is fast and simple, and the latency stays really low even when the user has a slow network connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there’s nothing to dislike about the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses the challenge of managing and securing a large number of IT devices by centralizing monitoring, patching, and support. This saves time, streamlines day-to-day work, and helps reduce downtime.

Responsive Support, Intuitive UI, and Powerful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I would say that Daniel is exceptionally responsive and helpful, support has been good. I like the integrations and constant updates that are being done, the UI is intuitive and easy to use and performance so far has been good. Pricing is decent, there are cheaper alternatives but not with the same functionality and AI probably does need better implementation perhaps if they'd allow AI to triage new support tickets, it'd be really amazing, and allow for custom API implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
PSA needs to be expanded upon, the integration with quickbooks and invoicing is a little confusing at best, really needs to be optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously management solutions and it has a more all in one feel than a lot of alternatives that require 3 or 4 dashboards, SentinelOne being seen per device directly on the dashboard for Ninja is excellent for example.
Easy Remote access

Easy to remote in and install software and update patches. Easy to manage assets, including who last logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think i have any negative comments about it.

Asset issues, easy to manage. Remote access. We can access it from any device, which I love.

NinjaOne RMM: Fast Remote Support, Smooth Updates, and Reliable Backups
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM helps us every day in supporting our customers. With the remote tool, we can quickly connect to PCs remotely and take actions on specific devices.
We also use NinjaOne RMM for our monthly updates, and for quick updates when needed, to keep our servers and clients safe each month. The daily backup system works well too; it’s easy to restore an entire machine or quickly download deleted files from the backup.
The integration with the 365 backup also helps us keep mailboxes and SharePoint/Teams sites safe.
From the main dashboard, it’s easy and fast to see whether certain devices need updates or if backups have failed.
Also the customer support from NinjaOne is fast and throurough. Most issues that we had were quickly resolved, or at least looked into.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the dashboard is nice, it also lacks the option of customization. There are certain views that are not important and i'd like to have the ability to change or remove those, and add different ones.
In regards to the backups, sometimes the error message's are vague and hard to fix by yourself.

Centralized Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its ease of use combined with powerful automation capabilities. The platform provides excellent visibility across endpoints, simplifies patch management, and allows us to streamline IT operations without adding complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement in NinjaOne is the level of advanced customization in reporting and automation. While the platform is very strong in usability and core functionality, more flexibility for complex or highly tailored use cases would enhance its value for larger or more specialized environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps centralize endpoint management, improve visibility across multiple client environments, and automate routine IT tasks like patching and monitoring. This reduces manual effort, improves response times, and increases overall service efficiency and scalability.
Fast Onboarding, Powerful Integrations, and Reliable Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the remote tool integrations, scripting capabilities, and patch management. The AI recommendations for patch management seems to be good, but is not something we rely on. Onboarding was fast and easy. Price/ROI per system is competitive and fits our budget as a SMB. Performance is great and we have had no issues with being able to access NinjaOne's tools or our remote systems. UI/UX is okay, but this is where I think it needs the biggest improvements as there are some workflows that are not intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is an issue for us. There are some work flows, menus, features that are not clearly mark as to their impact. We have put ourselves into the danger-zone with some automations features--ambiguous UI lead to user error, which lead to downtime, which lead to angry end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has positively impacted our IT department across the board. From system monitoring to remote access to automation. I honestly could not imagine going back to our old way of operating. We are more informed and can manage our fleet more efficiently and our end users have defiantly noticed this change
