All in one: automation, remote, backups, metrics, and access to the antivirus
What do you like best about the product?
The combination in a single tool of details about the equipment, automations, and remote connection along with the ability to perform backups and have very quick access to the equipment's antivirus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the segmentation of permissions can be confusing and it would improve the views of the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problem of managing many teams in a decentralized manner by unifying everything in a panel separated by organizations and allowing the creation of policies for endpoints globally or by organization.
Clunky but Effective Software
What do you like best about the product?
i like ninja because it puts everything in one place and flexibility
What do you dislike about the product?
the user interface can sometimes be overwhelming, i think there could be some refinement done here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a couple features that we use a lot from ninja are the patch management capabilities and remote accessing systems
Taking our support offering to the next level.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really quick and easy to use - as a management user, who isn't in the application daily, I find it quick and easy to find my way around - definitely saving time & money
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to find many issues - I see regular activity, but don't always know which technician has actioned something - maybe a technician activity dashboard would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a very labour intensive device management process - reporting was impossible, however with Ninja, this is now far more controlled and we have visibility of issues and can be extremely responsive with clients.
Enviable IT management and automation: NinjaOne drives our organization
What do you like best about the product?
The IT asset management, remote assistance, and IT process automation offered by NinjaOne are truly enviable. I haven't seen any other tool that comes close to what we can achieve organizationally with NinjaOne. Additionally, our clients also want to work with the tool and do so without hesitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the management of permissions could be further broken down to allow setting permissions at the level of the organization created within the tool. The notification channels also present this same problem by not allowing these clients to be isolated from one environment to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of IT assets. Management of servers, remote assistance, and integration with other tools. MDM, distributed automation, and patching of both the operating system and software. System and file backups on devices and network storage, as well as email system backups (Microsoft 365 and GSuite).
All this functionality allows us to offer clients a comprehensive support and security solution, preparing automations focused on their environment and applying hardening measures tailored to their needs.

Clear, Actionable Dashboards That Make Next Steps Obvious
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are clear, providing a visual showing what action is needed and where
What do you dislike about the product?
More customiseable fields would be useful, so we can choose what (e.g. serial numbers)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highlighting machines which don't get restarted, and therefore are potentially a security risk
Easy to Use with a Strong Cloud-Native Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to perform actions, and I also appreciate its cloud-native architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s missing a more diverse set of “built-in” tasks for managing assets. Some actions are only available through scripting, which makes basic asset management feel less complete than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a very bulky solution that was on-premise only and came with almost non-existent documentation. With Ninja, the documentation is comprehensive, and the actions are intuitive and easy to carry out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about ninja one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of work can be done remotely without needing to be on a machine, which saves time and makes things more efficient.
The best RMM we’ve ever used—built by people who care, for the people who need it.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is the best RMM we’ve ever used in our company's history. The console design is intuitive, all features work exactly as intended, and statistics are displayed in near real-time. This provides us with a powerful toolset to manage every asset NinjaOne covers.
The product roadmap is impressive, with clearly defined goals and deployment timelines. Any minor glitches are addressed promptly via platform updates, and the support team is consistently responsive and helpful.
The platform continues to expand its support for various hardware and operating systems—including mobile devices, Linux, and network equipment—which is perfect for managing everything through a single pane of glass. Furthermore, additional modules like the internal forum, knowledge base, and certification training make the platform incredibly intuitive and engaging to use!

What do you dislike about the product?
While we have encountered small integration issues with third-party products, these are always worked out and resolved promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has been a real game-changer for our team.
Having our RMM, NMS, MDM, and documentation in one place through a single pane of glass has significantly reduced our manual workload.
The ability to deploy custom scripts and integrate with various third-party platforms makes this a powerful tool that truly allows for a "set and forget" approach to routine maintenance. Additionally, the robust remote capabilities across nearly all device platforms allow us to provide real-time support without wasting our time or more importantly - our customers' time.
