Simple Management Interface with Broad Functionality

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
simple management interface and a broad range of functionality
our support and customer success team are regularly available for answering questions and inputting how we may take advantage of using the platform to it's full potential. My team are using the platform most days, and have consolidated some other products we use internally into Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the product features are still in their inception and not overly mature. The ticket application is okay for the basics, but lacks a lot of depth and may still require a 3rd party/alternative system for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single vendor product that has multiple features. most things are do-able in ninja, which then means we aren't trying to utilise or integrate may 3rd party platforms.

Centralized Monitoring and Proactive Alerts with Effortless Cross-Platform Patching

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne gives us a centralized dashboard that lets us monitor and manage all our endpoints. It continuously monitors our systems and sends proactive alerts when issues occur, so our IT team can remediate problems before they impact users. It also automates OS and third-party patching across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments, helping keep systems secure and compliant without manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The NinjaOne reporting tools are often criticized for being limited, not granular enough, or for requiring an external solution to support deeper analytics. In addition, the mobile version lacks some of the capabilities available in the desktop/web UI, which can make remote troubleshooting on the go more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The NinjaOne platform provides a one-click remote control tool that lets technicians securely troubleshoot and fix issues without interrupting end users. It also helps us track and manage hardware and software inventory across our environment. In addition, it supports tracking assets, licensing, and warranty status, which helps with planning, procurement, and compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility with scripts for monitoring, automatic remediations and software deployments. Synchronises into existing ITAM with highly-customisable fields

Missing some QoL features from previous RMM tools, such as credential injections
