Tech Friendly Responsive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to the previous RMM tool I have used NinjaOne is quick and responsive. The tools are well organized within the web UI and allows me to quickly find all of the information I need without searching through hundreds of pages. The installation process is quick and simple, unless it is on a Mac, however that is Apple's fault not Ninja's with the extra security prompts. When we have needed them customer support has been quick to respond. Adding additional scripts and automations is quick and easy. Can paste in PowerShell scripts or some of the other supported languages and deploy out to managed machines with ease. The policies have been great as well to install software by default for certain clients. Can just power on a new machine, install an RMM agent and allow it to do the rest including installing AV and other needed software for the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hoping that they will grow the PSA application that they have to include additional accounting software options. We are not on QuickBooks so we have been unable to use this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja consolidates most of the tools into a single web page. The backup solution for SaaS backup does require logging into a separate page, but the majority of the tools are all in one place. Can remote into computers directly from the ticket when the affected device is linked to the ticket.
Better from the start than the competition
What do you like best about the product?
As a full service msp, NinjaOne works great for us with all of the features, tools, integrations that the platform has. The UI is smooth. Support is willing to help when you have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one instance I had was getting an email for support meeting telling me it was for 9 am eastern 8 central at 752. The response was super quick but as a business owner I didn’t get to get it scheduled as I didn’t see it until 830 central
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves my need as a msp for rmm psa platform with disaster recovery ticketing, with edr epp soc av integration, remote access tools simplifying my IT business
Highly Capable MDM solution for Windows
What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful support offering and great Customer Success relations, especially with our CSM Maddie Born-Crockett whom we can regularly chat about any issues we have. The tool itself is easy to deploy to machines and has a highly capable feature set for management of devices. Alerting is easy ish to set up with Slack too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of updates for some tools is not natively supported, so it does require custom scripting and development, which can be hard to do in smaller teams. The support team offer good assistance with this though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solution to help us ensure our Windows devices are updated and configured as required.
Great product, just a few changes would be nice
What do you like best about the product?
The remote-control client that's built-in works great, the patching is incredibly helpful, and the wide variety of automations and alerts is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few things -- some applications are difficult to install without custom commands or multiple steps; unfortunately NinjaOne doesn't seem to handle those very well. If I could create a multi-step install where one step is copying an msi / exe over, then the next step is running a custom install command, etc, that would be incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides a fast and easy way to immediately connect to a user's endpoint for support; previously we had to make sure the employee was on our network and we would RDP in which isn't always the best solution. NinjaOne also provides a large bank of automations and scripts that makes employee self-service quick and easy.
Easy to setup, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The console is intuitive and easy to use. it makes device onboarding and management very easy.
the built in remote control option is a great alternative to TeamViewer and splashtop.

What do you dislike about the product?
reporting needs a little more work. the out of the box reports are fine but customizing them leave a little to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its saving our Technicians time and effort proactively managing devices, sometimes leading them to solve issues before the customer even notices.
Overall - great MSP tool and RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I appreciate the easy of use and straightforwardness of Ninja compared to their competitors. It's a tool which is designed for quick review and automation in mind.
I love how I can easily remotely access servers via powershell or the remote access tool. Another great thing is to have the backups built into the tool which is a single point of contact for my clients.
The ease of deployment is amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting could be a bit better and more intuitive. The processes and automations work really well, but take some getting used to finding where they are and running them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really streamlining for my MSP clients a single point of easy administration for all servers and endpoints in the system.
NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in NinjaOne every day, it's one of the first applications I log into on coming into the office. With it I'm able to monitor device uptime, disk usage, disk S.M.A.R.T status, and almost any other computer metric.
Customer support is fast and polite, if Ninja doesn't offer exactly what you're looking for they will offer viable alternatives for what you are needing or submit a feature request for later releases.
One of the easiest applications to install, even with multiple organizations and existing infrastructure. Integrating an existing device is as easy as installing a single MSI and can be deployed en masse using group policy.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you are an organization that reimages/reuses machines, device cleanup can be a little tedious. Ninja will see the device and update the name but will not update the Organization in Ninja from the latest install.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching - NinjaOne schedules and installs patches from Microsoft and common applications. Patches can be sent to test groups by policy built in Ninja before full rollout, and with testing you can also reject specific patches organization wide.
Installation and updating of applications of remote devices - Installation files can be uploaded to Ninja and then pushed to remote devices, allowing the installation/update of applications even on remote devices.
Remote access to devices - Allows access to remote devices that are not available through internal remote access solutions, all that's needed is an internet connection for the device in question.

Easy to use RMM with great support
What do you like best about the product?
After getting our tenant set up, it has been pretty much 'set it and forget it.' Adding new devices show up where they are supposed to, policies apply, automations kick in. Makes managing thousands of devices on a daily basis much easier. Their support gets back to you fast when there is an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do have a few outstanding tickets for features that previously worked but don't now. They are not showstoppers though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all our customer endpoints in one place. We can easily help an end user should something come up. One place to manage all patching, reboots, etc.
Great tool for IT Helpdesk
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect to remote computers and offer support has worked flawlessly. We manage over 500 computers and having the ability to have a fast inventory of softwares in our environment with the ease of unistalling unwanted softwares with a click of a button has been a great asset in our IT toolbelt. I also like that they added the "Connect in Background Mode" feature. Now we do not need to interrupt the user to do mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still would be nice to have a software repository for installation files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 500 endpoints that we manage and NinjaOne has been beneficial in helping us to not only remote manage but also updating softwares on all the endpoints.
Excellent Business Systems Management tool, combining clear visuals with powerful data to support it
What do you like best about the product?
All in one package - asset list, remote support, one-stop-shop for IT service desks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extensive feature set makes granular settings, at times, difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage a vast IT estate of equipment - visual queues (for example, the "traffic light" system to indicate system patch status etc) is very useful, plus having the traffic light system on the homepage is a very nice "front page" indicator of the health of my estate.
