Easy to use and feature rich NMS

What do you like best about the product?
Comes with a large script library which can be easily extended with your own scripts. Continuesly working on integratin more and more software so that for e.g. Antivirus software ist natively integrated in the eco-system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus are not fully developed or not yet adapted to the standard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solves the problem of being able to switch to a client via remote maintenance after receiving a warning from an automation and possibly being able to recognise the cause via the client overview.

What do you like best about the product?
platform is very intuitive - me as IT-Team love the to adress quickly issues, automated tasks nad manage the devices from a single dashboard, User interface is very friendly and make it easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find some limitations with reporting and cutomization options.
Alerting System needs some workarounds for fine-tuning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Remote Monitoring and Support for me and our customers.
External Access von Service Providers simplified.
Minimizing human errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup, support for many platforms (Mac, Liniux and Windows), fast script engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketsystem is a bit underperforming and can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monitoring and automated scripts, we can resolve issues before they impact users, reducing downtime and improving productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been very helpful to our company when we started to implement the software to our customers. Great and fast response and also good in their pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to complain about the company or product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping our company to monitor and patch our customers systems. These devices will be updated and third party software will be patched automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about NinjaOne is its all-in-one simplicity and automation for IT management. It offers a powerful platform that combines remote monitoring, patch management, and remote support with an intuitive interface.

THe ability to always reach out and have a friendly productive conversation, that both solves my issue and creates a relationship with my accouint manager

What do you like best about the product?
Having a platform that provides us a suite of tools (RMM, patch management, asset management, backup, endpoint security, automation, and ticketing system) all inside one single pane of glass is incredible, and to have each of those tools perform exceptionally well is a modern marvel. I would have to rank the combination of their RMM, ticketing, and automation capabilities top-tier and easily may favorite part of the platform. I also love how simple and intuitive the interface is, and it just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmmm....that is a tough one. Most of the things I dislike are already on their roadmap to be added or tweaked, but if I had to pick something it would be customization of ticketing and the ticket request form. I wish the ticket customization was more robust and I do not like the limitations of the system tray request form. It too should be customizable. I also dislike that you cannot add attachments to the system tray ticket form. I extremely dislike that I cannot approve or deny an OS patch based on the OS. For example, in a mixed environment of Windows 10 and 11, I cannot approve patches based on the current OS (particularly because some 10 machines are capable of moving up to 11, and the automated patch/update will upgrade them), instead I have to reject or approve them by device.

By centralizing IT asset management, NinjaOne provides accurate inventory tracking, aiding in budget planning and preventing unnecessary purchases. Additionally, automated backup and disaster recovery features also safeguard essential data, allowing for continuity in public service even during system disruptions.
