NinjaONE, The Best RMM on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's RMM solution is the best one we have used. I never have any issues with patch management, the Ninja remote tool is great, I wouldn't be able to do my job without it. The scripting tools are top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only product I do not like is Ninja MDM. We have had a lot of issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management, patch management, and reporting have all been tools I rely on to do my job.
Love NinjaOne!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It doesn't overcomplicate a process that doesn't need to be complicated!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new implementation, I haven't had a ton of time to find things that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing mobile devices, and implementing policies required by regulating bodies.
NinjaOne is one of the best RMM tools on the market
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve tried a lot of RMM tools over the years – Datto, Enable, LogMeIn, and more – and NinjaOne is by far the best. What we love is how easy it makes everything. Setup was quick and from day one it’s just worked. Monitoring, patching, alerts, remote access – all smooth and reliable. The reports are simple but give us exactly what we need. Their support team is friendly, fast and actually helpful. We also love that they keep improving the product and proactively tell customers about the new features, instead of making you dig around to find them like other companies do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. Some features could be a bit more customisable and it would be great to see a few more advanced features added. Nothing has been a dealbreaker – it’s more about polishing what’s already a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne lets us handle all our IT management in one place. We can keep an eye on devices, push patches, get alerts and jump in remotely without switching between different tools. It’s helped us catch and fix problems before they turn into big issues, and it’s made our support faster and smoother. Overall, it’s saved us a lot of time and headaches and keeps everything running the way it should. Once NinjaOne is installed, you can connect to it from anywhere, on any network, which is a huge plus
Ninja RMM Review
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, simple to set up and onboard new clients. Remote access and the new background mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates can be a pain, especially when needing reboots. The health dashboard needs a revamp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM, remote support and patch management (though this needs improvement).
Ninja is simply the perfect all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
Has many features in a dashboard. Very clear and modern.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no disadvantages seen. Everything works as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If a server fails or a hard drive fills up, Ninja reports this directly and you can act before something worse happens.
Gives a great leg up on automating management of IT endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Most tasks related to users' machines can be easily automated and otherwise greatly improved for efficiency.
Visibility, patch management, software deployment, performance checks, compliance, provisioning, locking/wiping: ninja one covers it all from one dashboard.
It's very easy to navigate around and the support team is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.
I also really like all the possible integrations, making life easier and freeing up precious time for other important tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike except that some of my wishlist items are either work in progress or are not in the immediate roadmap.
Some great features still work in progress: ninja one continues expanding the third party software that can be updated/patched through the platform and the automation library keeps on growing.
I'm also missing a CIS benchmark automated checker, which I think would make sense to have.

Endpoint management and compliance
Great RMM that is constantly evovling
What do you like best about the product?
All the RMM functionality we need with the customization we want. NinjaOne allows us to tailor it to our industry, which is different from the standard MSP use cases. NinjaOne also hosts webinars to allow its users to ask questions and learn better ways to utilize new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found very little that we dislike about NinjaOne. If i had to nitpick, the reports that NinjaOne offers are lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves our core problems of needing common PC problems/issues to be resolved automatically through tailored scripts. This help to eliminate many tech support calls, and gives a larger sense of trust to our customers when they dont see these issues.
NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a very helpful tool for managing many Windows devices. It has greatly improved efficiency when deploying or removing applications. The platform continues to evolve, with new features being added regularly and excellent webinars for learning. Overall, the customer support is responsive and effective. I highly recommend NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve and it does take some time to utilize the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped rolled out Windows 11 to the company. It was overall smooth transition. Using command shell and scripts to deploy apps has been great.
Useful tool in times of home office and automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about NinjaOne is that I can find all the necessary information about a device and have various access options that allow me to execute workarounds on the device before disturbing the user with a remote access during work. These are the essential added values for me. I use the platform multiple times a day.
Additionally, NinjaOne was very helpful during the rollout of Windows 11, which I was able to control specifically and coordinate with the users accordingly. Only with one out of 40 devices did the upgrade have to be carried out with the device in hand because it didn't work via the RMM client.
The support is good, during the integration phase you get the help you need, but you have to ask for it.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the device overview, I would like to apply scripts to multiple machines; in my experience, this is only possible with scheduled tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, not all devices are on-site at least once a week. Remote support is therefore the norm, and NinjaOne has proven to be very helpful so far.
I Like the Layout and the Good Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
That you can Control anything. And Everything is there in one click
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some things could be Look better. But thats nothing
