Clear UI and Easy PC Diagnostics & Software Deployment with Ninja One

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love how easy it is to use. The UI is relatively clear and allows for our team to really utilize most of the features to its full potential. With Ninja One, we now have a much easier time diagnosing issues with PCs, as well as deploying new software, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of Ninja One is that I wish it had more robust vulnerability scans. I also would love if more things were added/vetted by Ninja One for the script library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving our biggest problem of Patch management. With it, we can push and prevent typical Windows updates as needed.

Simple Dashboard, Quick Patch Management!

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The number one feature I like is the simplicity of the dashboard. It's easy to update and uninstall patches, and the remote management is easy to use. It allows me to get in and do patches quickly. I think reporting is also pretty straightforward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could match or validate CIS controls and cyber security frameworks better. The initial setup was also quite challenging, I'd rate it about a three or four out of ten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes remote management easy, even for off-network computers. I like the dashboard's simplicity, and it's easy to update and uninstall patches. The reporting is straightforward too. It allows me to get in and do patches quickly, which is a big advantage.

Clear and fast RMM with strong remote maintenance

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers a very simple, fast, and clear user interface. The implementation can also be carried out quickly and easily thanks to the various options for agent distribution.

The available tools support me very well in everyday IT tasks: from automatic update distribution to automated problem solving via scripts, all the way to the integrated remote maintenance tool.

The support is also great. You can tell that the provider values close and reliable customer support. We wanted
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little that bothers me about NinjaOne.

I would still describe the ticket system as having room for improvement. It already offers a comprehensive range of functions, but it cannot yet compete with a fully-fledged ticket system. For example, I miss the ability to send emails to people who are not listed as ticket requesters, such as when external people are brought in for clarification.

Additionally, I would like to see improvements in the BitDefender Gravity Zone integration. More details or more direct functions in the event of an alert from NinjaOne would be useful here. It would also be desirable for the corresponding agent in the Gravity Zone console to be automatically removed when the NinjaOne agent is removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of lack of overview and centralized management of IT systems for us. With NinjaRMM, we finally have clear transparency about which systems are in use and how they are managed. In combination with remote access, automated patch management, ticket integration, and script distribution, support and maintenance tasks can be implemented much more efficiently and in a more structured manner.

NinjaOne Shines with Asset Inventory, Remote Management, and Powerful Scripting

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's key features include Asset Inventory, Remote Management, Scripting, and compound conditions, which are the platform's standout elements. The implementation process was extremely straightforward, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Furthermore, customer support has been excellent, and the knowledge base and communication resources are impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote management is excellent and easy to use, but the multiple-monitor feature feels outdated. It really needs support for opening each display in a separate window, as other competitors do. Patch Management is strong but not 100%, and the reporting needs deeper analysis; it's too broad, so a low-risk patch shows as unhealthy rather than overall risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, we consolidated four different solutions: Remote Support, Asset Management, Package Management, and Patch Management.

Super Easy to Use with Snappy Performance and an Awesome Community

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. The interface is snappy, actions and automations get deployed lightning-fast, and even though I've barely scratched the surface the support system and community are awesome. The deployment was smooth too. Hardly any interruptions, which was our goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we've been looking for is getting geolocation tracking up in case things get lost or stolen, but we have workarounds for that for the time being.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing we're enjoying is having way more visibility and significantly easier remote support into our systems. We have devices in cleanrooms or entirely remote that are a click away from getting support, where the feature was almost never working while using a competing endpoint management platform.

Helpdesk Technician NinjaOne Review

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is the amount of detail provided in the RMM system. I can get a lot of info at a glance, which is a great advantage in our hybrid workplace. The NinjaOne Remote feature is also great for these situations. The features within it allow me to do anything I need even without physical access to the machine. The ticketing system is also easy to use and navigate. It helps a lot with keeping tasks streamlined. The status feature on each ticket is especially helpful for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is with the consistency of NinjaOne Remote. Around 10% of the time I try to use it, I get a message saying "Disconnected" which is fixed after I restart my computer. This is not a huge issue, but can be a bit disruptive when someone is waiting for me to connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of tracking support requests and maintaining all of our devices. Having all of this information in one place speeds up our processes and allows us to provide better support to our users. We don't need to spend time keeping track of multiple streams of information, because it is all in one place.

Clean Dashboard and Powerful Automation for Patch Management and Backups

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it simple to monitor devices and reach key features quickly. NinjaOne really excels at automating routine tasks like patch management and backup monitoring, which saves a lot of time—especially in critical moments. The built-in backup options and security monitoring also help provide an all-in-one solution, so I don’t need to rely on multiple tools to cover the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne offers solid basic reporting, some users feel its advanced reporting and analytics capabilities fall short compared to other RMM tools. The options for customizing more detailed, in-depth reports can be somewhat limited, which may mean relying on third-party integrations to get deeper insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it incredibly easy to access an end user’s machine quickly, without requiring the user to go through multiple steps just to get a remote session started.

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our company to manage and monitor servers and devices remotely in a smooth, reliable way, and we can integrate it into our Halo PSA. It also lets us remote onto customer machines without issues. Overall, we use it a lot as a company, and it fits well into our day-to-day workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the remote function doesn’t work very well, and it can cause issues when remoting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to monitor all of our customers in one place.
