Great product, great sales, support and service.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service from sales to setup to ongoing training, they have a lot to offer. The product itself is great out of the box, allowing me to manage my fleet of laptops and desktops no matter where they are. Remote control, app installation, patching, vulnerabilities, software inventory are easy an at my fingertips from pretty much day one. App packaging is very flexible - you can use the default installation methods or create your own scripts easily. There are also plenty of pre-packaged script templates from Ninja, with new scripts delivered frequently. The Ninja community is vibrant too, sharing best practices and scripts in discord and on the ninja site.

They are constantly improving the product, so even if something isn't there now, it probably is in the pipeline. They are very open with suggestions for improvement, so chances are if you find something you need, it will be in a future release.
What do you dislike about the product?
To make it really sing, you need to customize your packaging with scripts. The default methods are great for simple, small items but anything with complexity or error checking needs to be scripted. Not a big deal since the community is so prolific!

Patch reporting needs improvement. Basic reporting is there, but getting granular about what machines are out of date etc is just not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solve my remote patching issue perfectly. Allows me to patch applications, OS and firmware on remote machines without me having to get them back in my hands.

Allows me much better control over my application patching process than I had with Intune. Package scripts are far more configurable, and results are immediate. No more wondering when a machine will get software from intune!

One of the best and easiest SaaS RMM tools

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Transparent updates and future features, amazing account managers, great support staff, amazing community of others to share ideas, plethora of scripts, simple and intuitive. Took less than a day to get it fully implemented in our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as feature rich as other software's, but new features are coming often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to client devices across the world that are headless. Remote support for our end-users. Seamless patch management. NinjaOne replaced our old RMM that wasn't even able to be scripted without using their own "language", I'm just happy that I can write a PowerShell script and actually use it easily within Ninja. Oh, and that code editor, 10/10.

Life-saver and constant improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Complete monitoring on devices without needing to have it in-hand, or remote access. We can see everything in task manager, open a command prompt, run tasks and even install software without laying hands on the device or remoting in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the items you would think should be included with base pricing are not included. Ticketing wasn't included. Some of the Google Workspaces implementations could get some beefing up, like SCIM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne saves us so much time troubleshooting our fleet of devices. We also save countless hours a week on-boarding new devices with auto-run installs.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent product for providing remote access, manage devices and ticketing system for supporting users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being billed for offline devices. Need to be careful in setting up 'update' policies for devices so unnecessary software updates for chrome edge etc do not get installed constantly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access at all times, Keeping track of 'user' support with ticketing system. Monitoring health of servers

Reliable and Efficient Performer

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out for its user-friendly interface and streamlined IT management features. It simplifies complex tasks like patch management, remote monitoring, and scripting, making day-to-day operations more efficient. The platform is also incredibly responsive, with fast performance and minimal downtime, which boosts overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about NinjaOne. If anything, some advanced features could benefit from deeper customization options, but this is a minor point. The platform is consistently reliable and well-supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps solve the challenge of managing multiple endpoints efficiently by centralizing key IT tasks like monitoring, patching, and remote access. This reduces the time spent on manual processes, minimizes downtime, and ensures devices stay secure and up to date. The result is a smoother IT operation with fewer disruptions and greater peace of mind.

Makes the lift of a sys admin so much easier

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Software and OS patching, scheduled automations, and compound conditions are just a few of the great features I use daily. Alerting and monitoring through the platform has helped me get in front of issues before they impact business/end users.

Our service desk utilizes the tools daily as well. Remote access and inventory has been made possible by using this tool. We are also able to provide controlled vendor access to specific computers for farming, which was a pain before this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mfa tokens can be dumb some times. Requires MFA resets sometimes once a month,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching was always a pain (and manual). I no longer have to spend a day a week on patching all 45 servers in our environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps a limited configuration on certain technical aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure and applying patches in a consistent and centralized manner.

Quick, Functional, and Easy to automate

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The high degree of automation you can easily set into place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error codes with the backup system seem to too generic or provide less useful information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At present Ninja One is helping go into a single pane of glass type situation, minimizing our vendors to one point for most of the services. We still use remote access through screen connect only for the one-off situations of needing to access someone computer that isn't on our RMM system.

Very little - it's actually rather good.

NinjaOne RMM is fantastic for endpoint and patch management

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne handles patch management like a dream, but i was actually surprised by the many other features and perks it has. I find that I go to Ninja more than my asset management system for quick access to machine details and warranty tracking, and being able to integrate our Crowdstrike installs with this has been a big plus.

We've been using this for a while, and it's been easy to add new features as well. And support is always quick to respond with the few questions we do have about a feature or setup we are having trouble with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little particular and some of our users have noted it can be a little intrusive as well, though a lot of those are just a matter of tweaking settings in the admin settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily it solves our problem of remote patch management, and that was the main reason for getting it. Happily, it also complements our Security and asset management, and has even allowed us to do some headless remote software installations. We're currently developing policies that will help us on-board and off-board devices.
