Great Product with great support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is simple to use compared to other products. Tech support is really good as is the user discord channels We are getting more data out of NinjaOne then we were from our previous product. NinjaOne is open to listening to the customer channel and is adding new features monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is still in it's infancy and does not have some features and scalability that the competitors have. First level support does not have the experience they need to support experienced clients. The backup product is not where it needs to be and let us down on 2 separate occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some security requirements we are needing.
Good interface. Lacking support.
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI is user friendly and makes remote management quick and easy. I like the ability to create custom automations and manage endpoints via policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to schedule OS updates seems to fail every time and I am left to manually install them. Removing unwanted software is the same way. It is shown as a feature, but does not work unless I remote into individual devices and remove it manually. When a device is re-imaged the old instance in Ninja One drops offline, but the new instance does not merge with the old so we have to manually remove the old offline instance everytime a device gets imaged. does not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja lets me automate patching and schedule custom tasks.
It has been a good experience with a couple hiccups. I favor the GUI over other software providers
What do you like best about the product?
The interface. Its generally easy to use and navigate. I have used other programs that make things more convoluted than necessary and ninjaone does a better job. It also makes it easy to deploy programs and scripts to remote computers
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally with updates, i will have severe issues trying to remote into other machines. Ninja will fail out on the connection almost instantly. Sometimes i have to log out, close my browser, clear my cache or use an incognito browser to remote into machines. This has happened twice and seems to eventually fix itself but its troublesome when it starts happening again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better remote access to endpoints. previous programs we used had too many connection issues.
Also better program and script deployment and also better reporting for troubleshooting errors on remote machines

Use from perspective of IT Helpdesk
What do you like best about the product?
Menus are easy to navigate, device performance clearly laid out, being able to run cmd or powershell remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The activities feed just saying Failed for patch without a proper reason when multiple patches are installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to manage patches on a number of machines that would be tedious to update manually.
interesting with a ton of features.
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the ability to use automations easily
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult it is sometimes to look up users workstations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving putting all of our clients in one area to be able remote into their workstations.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Highly unreliable windows patching with limited agent configuration
- No ability to remove superceded Windows updates without hosting own WSUS server
- NinjaWPM.exe download via the agent is highly unreliable in our testing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is primarily replacing SCCM- Notoriously bad agent check-ins and precaching of data meant that asset information wasn't great.
Optimize operational efficiency with an intuitive interface and automated tools.
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface and its ability to automate
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't integrate directly with the AD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problem currently
A good team management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has many tools, I have everything centralized and available from any network, I can even use it with my mobile. Ninja support is quite efficient and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote connection fails quite often and many of the automations have to be done through scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are more about connection with remote teams, otherwise it works correctly.
IT Analyist - NinjaOne use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navagate the options and laid out in a logical manner much easier than other similar products
Amount of information on a device is incredibly helpful for troubleshooting and quick to use

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of middle mouse click support for morning device checks is a bit disappointing (it defaults to all items, not for example Failed OS patches)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch monitoring after a patch has been pushed out by developers is very easy with NinjaOne and makes catching any failed patches incredibly easy
My experience with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management straightforward—even for less technical users. The dashboard provides excellent visibility across all endpoints, and the automation features (like scripting and patch management) save a lot of time. Integration with tools like TeamViewer, Bitdefender, and backup solutions is seamless. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful, and onboarding is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is excellent overall, but there are some limitations:
The mobile app lacks some functionality compared to the desktop version.
More advanced reporting customization would be helpful.
No native support for managing macOS updates (limited patching options for macOS).
Some integrations (like ticketing or documentation systems) could be more robust or offer more flexibility.
