Reliable RMM and Backup Tool for Remote Monitoring

  • April 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great RMM tool for remote tools and monitoring. Backup tool has been very reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs could be more fleshed out. They provide adequate basic logging on devices but more detailed logs would be beneficial. Some app add ons do not seem worth pricing. may be better as packages instead of individual add ons. Only connects to sentinel, crowdstrike edr. should priortize this as connections to EDRs especially Microsoft defender is huge benefit to organizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily remote tool for remote support and automation

NinjaOne Makes Script Deployment and Custom Group Targeting Effortless

  • April 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is NinjaOne is the ability to use and manage many scripts which can be deployed in one off applications or within policies and tasks. I also very often create custom groups, another very powerful feature, in which we can target with the scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really an easy way to mass tag computers other than using custom fields, which you would need to set with either the API or a powershell script run in an automation. There are also some things missing from the API, such as the ability to set the webhook for monitor alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage policies, software distribution, and compliance on many computers across all of our clients.

Easy to Use and Configure, with Helpful Dojo and Great Support

  • April 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and configure, Dojo is incredibly helpful for finding info - Support team is great for what the Dojo doesn't have
What do you dislike about the product?
Been working on the MDM features recently and there are some missing features - Technician access in Kiosk mode, some issue with location tracking and lost mode not working correctly.

UI not too configurable, seems cramped and not all info is relevant.

Various outages recently caused some issues with customers and accessing their environments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows devices are much easier to manage now on a mass-scale, "Automation Library" is leaps and bounds better than Intune for quick fixes with near instant reporting compared to waiting for devices to check in with Intune, then for Intune to update it's reporting

Server patching takes much less time to complete compared to ConnectWise Automate (previous product) as well as adding devices in to the platform using "Network Discovery"
