Worth an applause

What do you like best about the product?
Let's start with the deployment simplicity - Quick, easy, and straightforward to roll out for any user regardless of their knowledge. The Support team is fast, reliable and always correct with any resolutions. Our account manager Jivanni listens, understands and is overall very patient with my limited and sometimes minimal responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that sometimes the software patch management doesn't always work. This is easily rectified with a Powershell command.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation - Allows us to keep our staffing at a minimal and ultimately the solution allows us to resolve general issues with improved SLA's. Customers love the 'silent killer' aspect. ie. cache clearing, configuration/policies changes without taking them offline.

What do you dislike about the product?
In some places, it's a bit cumbersome to find settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep the computers up to date regarding OS updates and software updates. Provide software requests from users.

cutting edge feature packed solution

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and modern and it feels like Ninja are constantly investing in the platform to stay at the forefront. You can book sessions with their techs anytime to refresh your knowledge, onboard techs or just a q and a.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can seem like they overlap, or have no been thought through 100%. E.g. out of the box, you get alerts for 15% low disk space on a device, there are some scripts for clean up windows updates, recycle bin, etc but this process can be lengthy and time consuming for first line techs. If Ninja developed further the process of start to finish on each alert type, this would greatly add value to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for the RMM price, you get a huge feature set, the one we use the most is software deployment.

How easy they make it to manage your devices in one place

Very practical and intuitive program

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the program are the automations you can create, as it allows you to create them in different scripting languages and is very intuitive and easy to implement. Another strong point that NinjaOne has outside of the application is its NinjaDojo community. The information they upload to that website and the support they provide is excellent. I usually use the program every day for ticket resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is the limited customization you can apply to the admin portal, and another thing it fails at is integration with certain networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I haven't seen any problem
