Ninja for the Win!
What do you like best about the product?
Speed. Coming from an RMM system that was in place for 15+ years, we grew acustom to scriptings being slow - like 10 minutes at times for scripts to begin running. Running scripts through Ninja occurs almost immedately.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they are making progress by adding new features each release cycle, there are a few features that are either still missing or "not enough" to make automation fully functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja provides the ability to keep our endpoints up to date with patching, provides vulnerability reporting, and the ability to perform automation utilizing PowerShell as a coding language. We can push software installation and updates to all of our computers near-instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The remote management tool in conjunction with our usage of SentinelOne as our XDR solution has been great. Custom scripts ease of use is also enjoyable and also helps with working in a domainless environment where the lack of GPOs and a local AD is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long wait times on requested features can be annoying. The need for more comprehensive way to deploy 3rd party applications has been a long time coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily remote manage computing devices in our organization. Easy remote support, software stack deployment, and execution of pre-built and custom scripts make it all very possible.
Very easy to move around for day to day work.
What do you like best about the product?
In a large company/client pool the ability to find any machine in the search bar using either a serial number, username, or device name and being able to connect in in less then 10 seconds is very helpful at saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at a server and needing to go back and look at another the device list needs to be filtered again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big pathcing updates is very easy to roll out and identify issues when there are some.
So far our best choice!
What do you like best about the product?
Ongoing expansion of functionality, top support, quick onboarding for new users, many integrations. It facilitates our daily workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
Network scan could use some optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thank you for the great collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja Remote. Also execute the Patch Management and remote management tools like scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, we don't need certain parts of Ninja. It's hard to say what I don't like. I can't think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, I do not understand this question
Easy to use RMM for an MSP Technician
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is it's neat organization of clients and their policies, along with how easy it is to create and deploy automation scripts based on critera. It's nice to be able to deploy scripts as a remediation, as a scheduled task, on wether an endpoint belongs to certain policy, or as one-off manual scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like everything, NinjaOne has a learning curve to it. At first it wasn't super intuitive, and since the policy settings are very powerful, making one small mistake or oversight could cause major issues, like approving an incorrect patch for an entire policy for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is huge benefit when it comes to automating mundane tasks. As long as the endpoint meets the correct criteria, tasks like running SMART tests, are ran automatically and reported back in case it failed.

What do you like best about the product?
The products are very useful and they are expanding. For the most part it is intuitive. The price is pretty affordable.

Navigating through certain areas is sometimes a bit confusing. Some things don't respond the way I may want them to, but I can get support and they are pretty helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying some interfaces.
Enhances remote access and integration with third-party tools
What is our primary use case?
I use NinjaOne for managing smaller clients, specifically their devices and software, for small to medium businesses. I provide remote management services through NinjaOne.
It allows clients to use NinjaOne for remote access to their computers for home office purposes. This feature is highly advantageous, especially for clients like medical offices.
What is most valuable?
A significant feature of NinjaOne is its remote access capability, which is essential for my clients’ home office usage. Additionally, NinjaOne supports integration with third-party tools such as Bitdefender GravityZone and backup solutions. The open nature of the platform, allowing cooperation with other software vendors, is highly beneficial.
What needs improvement?
The inclusion of XENServer and Proxmox as virtual platforms in NinjaOne is currently missing. Although Hyper V and VMware are included, the absence of XENServer makes it less comprehensive. They are actively working on incorporating these based on customer feedback.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using NinjaOne for several years, around three to five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
NinjaOne is very stable. I would rate the stability a ten out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I have not scaled NinjaOne extensively, yet the design suggests it is scalable. I would subjectively rate it an eight out of ten due to the absence of XENServer and Proxmox.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support at NinjaOne is excellent, rated ten out of ten.
How would you rate customer service and support?
What was our ROI?
NinjaOne enables significant time savings, reducing my workload by 40% to 50%, primarily due to remote management capabilities.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
NinjaOne is reasonably priced, particularly with the inclusion of TeamViewer, SentinelOne, and Bitdefender. It is an affordable solution due to its collaboration with other companies.
What other advice do I have?
I rate NinjaOne a nine out of ten overall.
The lack of XENServer functionality is the only barrier to a perfect score.
A great platform that is getting stronger in capability, and does the basics well
What do you like best about the product?
It does the basics well, and the interface is intuitive

Initially it did not adopt the larger vendors that MSP's use to provide service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management of all endpoints
Quick deployment, good RMM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy and good intuitive Graphic interface
