Easy to use and feature rich NMS

What do you like best about the product?
Comes with a large script library which can be easily extended with your own scripts. Continuesly working on integratin more and more software so that for e.g. Antivirus software ist natively integrated in the eco-system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus are not fully developed or not yet adapted to the standard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja solves the problem of being able to switch to a client via remote maintenance after receiving a warning from an automation and possibly being able to recognise the cause via the client overview.

What do you like best about the product?
Best upside is able to remotely resolve issues , take control of the device . Before Ninja One, had to explain over a phone or other communication app and instruction customer how to "attempt" to resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful - Is what appears to be the constant disconnect of a small amount of a select number of machines with no real resolution on why the keep disconnecting

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne delivers a perfect easy to use enviroment for both admin and end user. Setup is easy using either downloaded file or URL for installation. I use NinjaOne almost daily to deliver the support our customers need. The level of automation features and remote management tools are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sizing is sometimes a bit of a pain, with some users having different screen resolutions that aren't all easily supported by NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use connections for remote support. Easily pushing patches using the interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Ninja One for quite some time now, and I'm consistently impressed with its capabilities and ease of use. One of the standout features is the exceptional support team. They are incredibly responsive and dedicated to finding solutions to any issues you may encounter.



The user interface is user friendly and well-designed, making it a pleasure to navigate. Adding new systems to the platform is a simple and straightforward process, saving valuable time and effort. I rely on Ninja One daily for a variety of tasks, including script execution, remote access, log analysis, and more. The implementation process is smooth and hassle-free.



I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and user-friendly tool to manage their IT infrastructure

For what i use Ninja, i havent found any downsides on this.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninjaone is a gamechanger if you try to administer all your computers. We really do like the fact that a simple seach gives you all the information you'll need from that computer,

The intregration with the different operating systems are very good aswell

The ease of just installing one file, and the computer is implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Much really. Everything is working as expected, The wake on lan feaurure could be a bit better, But that's more on the hardware side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access. A good remote client that makes it easy for remote access

The fact that a user can be found by its name, is great

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of scripts via tasks or events is a real life and time saver. Remote control or any remote executions works seemless and directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better, but I think I also need to invest some more time in that :) I'm used to the advanced Query's from Ivanti, where you could basically report on everything that was in the inventory. The file browser could be extended a bit more, why can't I download a folder? I need to select all files, zip it and then download it. And that doesn't even work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing issues fast with pre-configured automation scripts and remote control to assist our end users.
