Cheap & Different IT Management - Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy platform to use, with at least similar performance compared to other companies. Worth it for the price
What do you dislike about the product?
Steeper learning curve, but use of NinjaOne was broad so the time put into learning this platform was worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us provide remote support when needed, making it easier than responding to long calls or unnecessary meetings.
Simple and intuitive RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Having never used an RMM before, jumping in was a breeze. NinjaOne helps a lot with monitoring all our devices and the backup system is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation with setting up new devices is lacking. The amount of software availble on the automation list is small and lacks some of the basics, and has been slower than just manually setting up a PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all out devices are running smoothly and up to date is a huge benefit. Being able to remotely remove programs and restrict them takes a lot of time off our hands.
Reliable, usable backup solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very reliable, it has offered us very few problems and just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything of note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a replacement for a product that had been discontinued, NinjaOne offered a cost effective simple solution that smoothly replaced our old solution.
RMM and Ticketing System
What do you like best about the product?
The RMM agent and Ticketing system are very useful and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor quirks like tickets can't merge if not Open, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a RMM tool to make sure computers are tracked and kept up to date, and to be able to remote connect to them for support as our company has offices across the US
A great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and the UI is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM section feels a little half baked. I've had, and am currently having, some difficulty deploying apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management and remote support of a fleet of emergency service vehicle data terminals.
Dependable software
What do you like best about the product?
A great all in one software, for tickets and remoting software. The remoting option is very responsive compared to other software we've used in the past. It was all easy to set up by one person and train others how to use. The customer support (though not needed often) was GREAT and appreciate the quick response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing is good, but often hard to see the ACTUAL ticket...i have to look through a bunch of non helpful info to find what the user needs. Also often when we try to set up computer with users or locations, it is easy to allow all computer computers checked so that you would change them again (i would have all of those checked boxes uncheck after changing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am thrilled with being able to KNOW which windows updates are needed on your device and how full the hardrive and memory usage is.
Review of NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use NinjaOne for its remote desktop abilities. It's useful to have the tab indicating which user is logged in to a machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about NinjaOne. It does what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to connect to a remote machine that is hooked up to expensive hardware I don't have locally. This saves me thousands of dollars from having to purchase the hardware and lots of physical space in my house.
Ninja One (Game changer)
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to spend needless time updating devices, it just works!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja One doesn't seem to have conquered the MAC devices, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is a time saver. Once you have your policies set, it takes over. I don't need to worry about patching devices one by one. The remote reboot feature is also one of my favorite features.
Great Product! Ease of configuration and management.
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI and navigation! I was evaluating other solutions and they weren't as intuitive as NinjaOne. Getting it implemented was easy with the support team! Their regular webinars keep me informed on features and the roadmap, as well as provides a platform for questions for all users, which then also informs me of other configuration or automation ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things, one thing is the logging doesn't always specify if certain actions are a result of the remote agent's initiation. Sometimes the patching doesn't work right, but with some work I can usually get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engineering team is almost exclusively remote, and NinjaOne helps create a much better customer service experience. Instead of unreliable Zoom sessions, all support can be done via cmd line or through the extremely responsive remote agent to login directly. The platform also provides crucial oversight into our endpoints and their patching status. Their scripting library allows me to have a better jump-off point for automation and endpoint hardening. All in all, a superb benefit to our company.
The best monitoring I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
The insights across multiple devices types in one place has made it easy to keep an eye on the hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some difficulty installing the software during the initial roll out due to some existing VPN and security protocols. This took a case to be figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us address visibility across our two locations and remote users. Without this tool, it becomes difficult to dedicate the time to monitor different hardware types.
