Great Tool for Endpoint and Patch Management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is packed with features for Endpoint Management and Patch Management. The tools for accessing devices remotely, including the registry, services, and file structure, are invaluable. It's pretty intuitive to learn, but if you're trying to figure out how to do something, they have a lot of resources available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The agent seems to stop working on some devices and it can be a pain to get the device reporting again, but this seems to be a common problem with RMM solutions. The challenges in administering devices in so many different locations are probably inherent to the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large remote workforce and NinjaOne helps to keep our devices up-to-date, so we can stay compliant with our various standards.
NinjaOne lives up to expectations
What do you like best about the product?
The support team helping us review the product through PoC and eventual purchase was fantastic. Post implementation support has also been excellent. The product has met all expectations based on the features that were shown in demo, and we are very pleased with the addiiontal functinality that we gained by moving to this solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality has to be custom scripted, but there are great examples available in the user group to help.

NinjaOne is a valid help for the It manager
What do you like best about the product?
RMM NinjaOne, I chose to use it, for several reasons:
Simplicity in configuration, an exceptional community, the possibility of having real-time telemetry of the PC where it is installed, patch management, software and hardware inventory and much more.
Furthermore, there is the possibility of expanding its functionality by adding apps such as backup management. ticketing, and what I consider very useful is remote control.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using NinjaOne for less than 1 year. So far I haven't found anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems that using NinjaOne solved for me is the centralized patch management, with the use of Microsoft's SUS server.
I also need it to perform remote security checks
I also need it to perform remote security checks
A great RMM tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The remote access, the information got from the devices, the integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the scripting, maybe I need to study more about it, because we don't use it too much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User issues, computer behavior characterization.
Bulk provisioning of multiple devices without end-user intervention
What do you like best about the product?
Bulk provisioning of multiple devices without end-user intervention. Able to easily install public and private apps, apply software update patches, and connect driectly to our internal ConnectWise Manage PSA software. We can specify what type of alerts are sent over to our PSA and auto generate tickets for our techs to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives about NinjaOne that I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is reducing the monotonous tasks of patching and installing software. When we purchase a new PC, we have pretty much automated the entire installation process of installing our security tools and necessary programs. The most time consuming thing about spinning up a new PC is waiting for the Windows updates to complete, no fault of NinjaOne.

I love that it’s an all-in-one, powerful yet simple solution that continues to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
once while you will find you hard time end user to connect and install rmmsoftware again in order to work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good RMM for MSP .Time saving with using automation ticketing system and resoloving end user issue more quickily -easy to IT asset management,
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been with them for years and the simplicity in setup was always our biggest draw. They had a lot of policies that we could implement right away for different server types , as it can be a little bewildering at first to get your RMM practice stood up. They have several remote support options available that do not cost extra which is a huge savings for us as an MSP. We couldn't do what we need to do in our business without this RMM. Their support is decent, we have used it on occasion but typically you'd just hit their very good knowledge base. The community forum isnt super active, so its hard to get niche situations handled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think over the years its gotten so many features there are things we dont use. Things like the ticket system and knowledge base. I think they built it to compete with other RMM systems, but we already have these things and dont need them. Its just gotten very big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to keep our clients computers up to date with patching, know if computers have any issues that we can solve, and be able to remotely connect to support any of our clients machines at any given time, this RMM solves that. We really couldnt do what we need to do without this RMM.
Step Up from PDQ
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps Update off site and not required to be on the LAN or VPN. THis has been easy to use and easy to deploy. Out of the box featires for the majority of software is already in the can readdt to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deploying applications and updates not included in th base of Ninja. Lots of manual intervention required if not part of the Ninja setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABle to keep browsers and broad softeware up to date without having the users be responsible for the majority of updates. Browsers and Adobe are the leading security risks for remote users at the moment and forcing the browsers to be updated is a good practice for our security stance aganst Zero Days.
A simple RMM with easy to use tools
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access, simple UI, pretty fast to get to where you want. Good built in remote desktop software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Best suited for managing an organizations own computers, less suited for MSP's with access to lot's of customers systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple RMM with good tools for overview of IT assets
