RMM for MSPs that focuses on speed, efficiency, technical support and new features in quick cadence.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and quickness to move around in the User Interface is quite refreshing and seems to be a core value to the product. Our migration was from another well established RMM, and the customer support we received along the way was invaluable. The system is also easily approachable on otherwise typically complex topics - scripting primarly. We were able to integrate several nested policies with minimal effort. So far the account management team as well as the technical support teams have been helpful, quick to provide resolution and be helpful overall. It integrates very well with our PSA and EDR software. The Ninja Remote capabilities are also feature reach. Our initial impressions and continued daily use continues to be positive. We depend on NinjaOne to support our customers and it does not disappoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is a bit lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly and remotely support our customers is the priority, and it does the job very well. The feature set continues to grow and has been extremely dependable for all aspects that we utilize it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the script templates need to be reworked for more than 12 character passwords in AD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of pushing out updates / patches, onboarding new pcs is very easy
quick software deployments as well

What do you like best about the product?
Zippy web interface and how quickly agents respond to commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my intital support request tickets were a bit slow and took longer than I wished. Still faster than other RMM solutions i've used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have our own in house RMM production in addition to the one our MSP uses to support us.

I like ninja remote a lot, it's very useful software for our organization, especially the support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja's MDM could be more complete, regards.

One of the biggest problems it solved for us was the patching manager and remote access to devices.

Easy Policy Configuration

  • August 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way policies are configured for very specific groups of devices. Makes it very easy to discern production systems from other systems. Setup of systems was very easy. We setup all 100+ devices very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the backup system is not somewhere where we can use it. Without linux support it is not very useful to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving patching, and the ability to ensure that all of our workstations and virtual machines are following our machine requirements (i.e anti-virus, encryption, etc.). This makes management of over 100 devices much easier and viewable.

Life is easier at an MSP.

  • August 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes life easier as an MSP because it allows for: Quick Endpoint Managment, plenty of "info at a glance", ease of use when running scripts against multiple devices, and it allows for easy remote management overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne has been pretty good overall. The only issue I sometimes have seen is when the agent will become unresponsive and we have to manually uninstall the agent via PowerShell removal script. Ninja Remote also sometimes has issues with resolution (could just be because the app is still "new" however).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing for device management on a large scale. Making it easy to keep track of endpoints and manage them remotely.

Swiss Army Knife RMM

  • August 14, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Other than having reliable remote access to our devices, Ninja is able to do many things out of the box. It is very intuitive to find the features you are looking for. It offers good automation and basic alerting for our endpoints and we rely upon the patch management features which are quick to setup and require little overhead once done. When we ran into an issue regarding the patch management, I was able to work with customer support to resolve the issue. NinjaOne is one of my few tools that I use daily alongside other tools to accomplish many tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the conditions within the endpoint policies could be expanded to have greater functionality. Alerting for certain programs, as an example, seems to not work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a remote management/support tool with many extra features alongside.
