One of the best diagramming apps
What do you like best about the product?
From diagramming complex UA docs to simple timelines, this app does what I need it to do. In addition, it's easy to export a variety of file times AND the final visual is perfection (or close to:).
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation could be easier to use. Takes a few trial and errors to figure out the quirks (not a deal-beaker though).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LC for a variety of projects, mainly mapping customer journey flows (i.e. data, nurtures, etc) to simple timelines. Works great for almost all use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidcharts UI felt very intuitive and easier to get started with then other platforms

I found it harder to find easy information on some of its more complicated features but this was never too much of an issue because everything was pretty intuitive

It helped us map out customer journeys and complex CRM connections
Handy tool for floor plan drafts
What do you like best about the product?
I needed a quick tool to help me draft up my home floor plan and where to place furniture. Lucid made it extremely easy!

Was a little tricky at times with getting the measurements precise.

The features were self exploaratory and for a beginner its tough to understand on how to get started and pick the features readily available.

Smooth experience, but slows with more sheets/collabs. Made changes separately, then pasted.
