What do you like best about the product?
It is a great collaboration tool that allows targeted communiaction between teams in a more efficient and supportive way.

Nothing. It would be interesting to have better connectivity with Microsoft.

I like to work on in , its very smooth in making block diagrams and our presentations..

Mostly i like LUCID, there are no dislikes as of now

Its benifiting me in making diagrams majorly, its very easy to make all flow charts and idagrams using LUCID

I like how customizable all of the different visual options are for optimized comprehension and clarity.

Sometimes when multiple people are collaborating on one project, the website will become slow and laggy.

The creation of a coherent Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for our engineering senior design project.

What do you like best about the product?
i like most about its intuitive interface and versatility, making it a very good tool for various diagramming purposes and collaboration needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, but sometimes we had faced performance issues and got stuck due to same. some of the advance features could have better documentations as learning those are not an easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it provies a centralized global platform for creating, editing, and sharing visual content, also streamlining the communications between our client / customers, and collaboration among internal teams. this is helping us to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

It's very nice option to add collaborators to visuals and add their contributions also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything looks good to me no additional thing.

Extremely easy for flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
Flow charts are extremely easy to create and alter. Once I created one, altering it for different styles was quite simple. Ease of implementation. The number of features seem great but I have not had a chance to utilize them yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a simple way to print exactly the space I want, for example, selecting a space to print area when multiple charts on one page. I did find a work around that allowed me to print to pdf just an area, but a bit more freedome to choose the exact area by drawing a window would be nice. I'm new to the platform so i might find another work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to quickly create an organization work flow chart very quickly as a last minute task.
Great for Visual Collaboration and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use. Creating flowcharts and diagrams is a breeze with the drag-and-drop feature, and the wide selection of templates saves a lot of time. The real-time collaboration makes working with teammates so much smoother, especially when we're all in different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced tools can be a bit tricky to learn, and the pricing might be a bit high for smaller teams if you need access to premium features. But overall, it’s definitely worth it for the time saved and how easy it makes collaborating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it much easier to lay out complex ideas and processes visually. Instead of struggling to explain things through text, I can create clear diagrams that everyone can understand. It’s also great for collaboration — my team can give instant feedback, which helps avoid any confusion. Overall, it's made our project planning faster and smoother.

User friendly, great introduction steps, and easy to share with anyone.
What do you like best about the product?
It is sharable with anyone, even if they do not have an account themselves. The introduction steps are clear and easy to recreate. The groupings on the task bar is easy to follow and choose the correct tasks when making your board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a little bit of a hard time figuring out how to zoom in and out on the exact portion of the board I was trying to see. It took several attempts and some playing with the program to figure out how to correctly zoom in on portions of the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been helpfull in creating processes for my company. It has become a visual that our new hires use before coming to supervisors to see if they can answer their own question by following the map.
