Lucid has been a fantastic tool to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the collaborative environment you get with Lucidspark, it really helps bring our priorities together and helps break down big ideas. Lucidchart has been a huge improvement, as we were originally using draw.io which was not getting the job done for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need the ability to store specific objects as it relates to technology logos and its not something sticking out to me as an esay option just yet. Could be end user error though. I'll figure it out because I expect them to have it

Lucid is solving roadmapping initiatives, this tool helps us break down large projects into visual groupings that are esy to consume for all levels

Love how detailed you can be with it as a beginner programmer and quick diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything due to experiencing the same workflow before the subscription

solving replacing physical whiteboards/sheets it benefits me when i start a new document and i am given a template to represent my thinking.

Use case chart seems not included in the tool, or I couldn't find it. I have to use another tool as alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
The Collaborative suite of LucidChart helped our cross-project processes between teams get the best visualization platform, so as of now, we don't need to spend hours explaining stuff. we can simply draw it in Lucid.

There is nothing to dislike about LucidChart

Improve team collaboration with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
What do you like best about the product?
As a coordinator of team efforts and workflows, I benefit greatly from Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. One thing I really like is the fact that all the team members can see changes and updates in real time, which makes us collaborate more efficiently. Generally, interactive charts and visuals help to keep everyone on the same page, thus, making it easier to grasp the overall picture of project status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, I think the range of templates should be increased. At times, the available templates do not completely fit our industry-specific requirements and I would appreciate more options that can be customized even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves us several serious issues, mainly in project visualization and team communication. It allows us to have a good visualization of project timelines and responsibilities, which makes us monitor progress and deadlines more efficiently.
Useful for my current work and great tool for multiple uses
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and develop different graphs, mind maps, and editing processes. The AI tool is interesting and I can see it reducing mouse use down the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a lock mode when I am viewing others diagrams to not accidently edit it. Not sure if this would be a new feature or something that already exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal uses for showing process also for diagraming one lines before sending it out. I also use it for mind map but mainly in collabrative fashion.

It could be a bit hard to first sign in so it can recognized your licenses

I like that it is web based but you can share the files with colleagues

No syntax verification for models which would be helpful

Creating shareable diagrams and working on diagrams collaboratively
The suite is easy to use and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly build out a diagram and flow chart. It is very easy to drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to editing existing items in the suite then it can be difficutl to find the right toggle to change size vs move the items. I think thats my main dislike, I can easily create the workflow but it is much more cumbersome to edit it and change the size of the items or realign them.

I allows me to build diagrams inot confluence that are able to be updated.
