Great Tool Kit
What do you like best about the product?
I have only just started using Luicd, but have found it to be a useful and easy to follow tool kit which I know I am going to use more and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only used for two project so far and have not come across any issues since being issues my licence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy platform to use for diagramminf and Org charts/flow charts

The capabilities to share organized thoughts

Occasional lack of compatibility between Lucidspark and Lucidchart, such as conditional formatting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to see all aspects of a nonprofit that may be otherwise muddled together
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to have a large group of collaborators online with multiple tools enabling our conversations. The system ran flawlessly and fast. The user access was seamless and smooth. We have niot used the integration features yet but our tests went well. Thye customer support and help features have been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had issues with some collaborators moving items while other were workign on them so the ability to lock certain features by the admin would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have a platfrom for our remote staff to be able to come together and collaborate smotthly with a tool to capture notes, drawings and other artifacts for our planning and implementations.

The amount of templates and guidance provided

Sometimes is hard to find certain shapes that I think should be standard like topics or queues

It helps to put ideas in a form that allows for discussions
Easy to use mapping tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid whether charts or spark are great to visualise websites, processes and presentations. There are numerous features which mae your flowcharts engaging. I use Lucid to map out business process and use it for almost all of my tasks. It is super easy to implement processes once you are familiar with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any features I dislike on Lucid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mind Mapping Digital Marketing activities in various areas of the business. I also use it for website mapping in a flowchart format to visualise issues on the website and areas of improvement.
Intuitive, convenient, easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very intuitive, I didn't have to take any additional courses or intros to be able to dive right into the system. Things have been done to be of assistance to the user, so it significantly shortens the time when working, creating needed content. Search function accross organisation is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes having to request multiple accesses to multiple maps can be a hassle, however I recognise that this is a security feature needed to protect content from intentional or accidental changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is very easy-to-use, convenient software that allows me to do most things within single click, which saves me a significant amount of time when creating needed maps. All the options to add comments, colours, notes and co-editors also makes it very easy to co-create.
Good collaboration tool, intuitive UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual is effective at helping foster effective brainstorming sessions, especially for teams spread out across different regions and meeting virtually. The tool has helped us progress in our workflows in meaningful ways
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue might be attributed to when multiple people try to edit an element at the same time - it might be useful to have an addition to select/unselect a locking function to prevent edits when someone is on it - this might not work for all so the ability to toggle this might be helpful

Organizational design and behavioral problems - it allows for a canvas to capture and narrow down focus and direct efforts

Very helpful collaboration capabilities that enable organizations to share/collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
cann't think of any downsize, happy with the product.

helping put words into visual representation is beneficial because a picture can say 1000 words.
It’s very user friendly and easy to share.

I like the variety of templates provided.

Sometimes when the image is downloaded, it can come out a bit blurry.

My job requires a deep understanding of workflows, which can be visualized with Lucid.
Easy to learn, very helpful for sharing complex information
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very simple to pick up and quickly get familiar with. I like being able to collaborate in real-time with my colleagues. We use it primarily to explain internal processes with lots of moving parts and stakeholders, and such as lead qualification, follow up procedures, and how opportunities should be routed to various partners. Being able to visualize complex processes and follow a logical flow with easy-to-understand charts and diagrams has helped our team tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great, but expensive. I wish users could view/review a chart in lucid without needing paid access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualing processes and data flows. When there are more complex cross-team processes to follow, it's beneficial to outline the process with a diagram in a Lucid chart vs. only explaining through documentation. For example, we use Lucid to illustrate what information is needed and what actions are to be performed at each stage of a journey.
