Great tool for charts and diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
For charts and diagrams, my favorite tool was Visio for years. Recently, I saw some of the charts shared by my colleagues and I really liked them and then I enquired which tool they were generated, and the answer was Lucid. I was really surprised as I always thought the best tool for charts and diagram is Visio. So, I got access to Lucid to try it out. My first impressions were great, and I found Lucid very good tool for creating high-quality, visually appealing charts and diagrams. It is not only easy to use but provides wide variety of built in templates to jump start the diagramming or charting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still exploring Lucid but I strongly believe that this tool has so many good features that will not disappoint me. One con is the high cost of using this tool but that can be justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found Lucid very good tool for creating high-quality, visually appealing charts and diagrams.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration is good, Other team members can work seamlessly and in real-time. The access privileges are strict. And easy to implement few basic stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the default templates are good, but I mostly use them for database Entity relation ER diagrams, which need more reference improvements.

The difficulty in changing my design to a printable product that is formatted correctly.

Great tool to use for flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Lucid for flow charts as it helps to ensure that the process I am outlined looks clear and concise. I like the color options and how the flow chart can easily be color coded. Lucid is easy to use, I have never had to put together flow charts before and since it guides what shapes represent which step in the process, it made it simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the flow chart will assume I want a "yes" or "no" option. Alternatively, I wish there was an option to just select "yes" or "no" from a drop down or button option, because usually it doesn't go in the direction I want it to be.

I have found it incedibly useful to build out workflows and collaborate on major change-management related projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
I assume this already may be a functionality.. and I just need to lern, perhaps.. But it'd be super useful to have the ability to close my personally built out templates, versus what's out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prefer Lucid over Asana. I. find it far more flexible and caters to what I am in need of in my job.
Excellent Visualization Software
What do you like best about the product?
Feature-rich, easy to collaborate, easy to implement, something that our teams can use frequently or an as needed basis, a good tool for remote workforces, well-integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to using it. If anything, I'd like to see expanded functionality within templates that are used in LucidSpark and LucidChart with walkthroughs of how to customize these templates to meet specific team needs (i.e., marketing dashboards, go to market frameworks, etc)

We use Lucid to collaborate and create workflows that can be easily shared across our remote workforce.

Limited free plan features: The free version restricts collaboration and document storage capacity, so heavy users may need to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an easy way to create processes and wok on them collaboratively.
Make architecture designing fun
What do you like best about the product?
I spend a lot of time designing complex architecture designs and lucid charts helps me immensely in that. The existence of almost all cloud components available in a structured manner, make things really easy and fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but the absence of a good dark theme irritates me sometimes. In my entire dark suite layout, lucid chart glares my eyes sometimes.

It's great to brainstorm on the design decisions with the whole team, these real-time collaboration does affect the final output in a positive term and lucid chart helps immensely there.
