Easy Usage and Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is incredibly easy to follow, which I noticed immediately as a first time user. Their customer service team is also highly responsive when you have questions or concerns. I use this application for building org charts and flow charts, which are always flawless by the time of download! I highly recommend this platform; their caring team is also a plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any concerns or qualms about this platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to build an org chart from scratch, which I really wouldn't even know where to begin with anyway! This has helped connect the pieces of the puzzle I struggled with.
Best ever experience with LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
The fantastic thing about LucidChart is the ease of work and training modues that we get. Also the support community here is very pro. Implimentation of designs on lucidchart is vary easy, and I have bee freqyently using it for last 5 years.
I have intigrated it with slack and mails to drive most of it.

Great Program!
What do you like best about the product?
Building flow charts is a breeze! The automatic snapping arrows and intuitive building makes building charts so easy and fun. Something that would have taken me hours in excel took no time at all, without ever having used the program or even watching any tutorial videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be simpler. Seems a bit crowded. Would pair things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing something from the brainstorming phase into a visually clean and easy-to-follow standard operating procedure in fractions of the time I would spend building it in other programs.
First time user with limited experience
What do you like best about the product?
I used the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create a flow chart. This was my first time creating a flow chart. Lucid made the experience easy because it had editable templates for different use scenarios. I like that the tool had in-app tutorials that guided me through the process of creating my flow chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I dont have anything that I dislike.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provided me with an easy to use tool to create workflow charts for collaborating with my stakeholders. The templates provided save me time.

Lucid, the best partner that really helps you to shine
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to draw in this tool. The templates that you can find and use are incredible, this way you can go directly to edit them and have a work done in few minutes. The amount of shapes and the variety of icons you can drop in your sheet is very complete. Some of the things that I prefer of lucid compared to similar tools like draw.io is that the nodes are easier to handle, the shapes looks more natural and the feeling when doing drag and drop is just delicious.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact the this is an incredible tool, one big downside I see is the price, specially for those small business, solo-preneurs o profesionals that want to use it but they don't wanna add another tool into their list of subscriptions that could/are burning their wallet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a believer that a graph can explain better and quicker than hundreds of text pages. Lucid really helps me in that regard, with lucid we can create a diagram and get rid of tons of documents. Based on our experience we can say that graphs are concise, small, easy to maintain and easy to become the source of truth for the team and the company.
Easy tool for floor map

Since it's cloud-based we can access it from anywhere

There are only a few icons and measurements of the shapes cannot be changed by entering the numbers in the dialog box

A lucid chart benefits me by plotting a floor map of our industry. It's solving re-layout of the floor map
GREAT FOR DEFINING WORKFLOWS AND PROCESSES
What do you like best about the product?
THE SOFTWARE HAS BECOME INCREDIBLY SIMPLE AND YET VERY POWERFUL AT THE SAME TIME. IT ALLOWS FOR THE CREATION OF AMAZING DETAIL AND VISUAL SIMPLICITY WHEN CREATING WORKFLOWS AND PROCESSES. IT HAS REALLY HELPED CLARIFY WHAT IS HAPPENING TO GET TO WHAT SHOULD BE HAPPENING WHEN THINKING ABOUT APPROPIATE OVERSIGHT AND CHECKS AND BALANCES. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET NEW STAFF TO USE IT VERY QUICKLY. AND NOW ACROSS THE ORGANISATION IT USED AS THE STANDARD WAY TO PLOT OUT HOW THINGS SHOULD BE DONE.- WE USE IT VERY FREQUENTLY.
What do you dislike about the product?
THERE IS LITTLE INTEGRATION INTO OTHER SERVICES LIST MICROSOFT SUITE OR DROPBOX. IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO SEE IF YOU CAN USE THE PROCESS FLOW CHARTS TO THEN CREATE PROJECT PLANS BASED ON THE AGREED STEPS.

Hey we have a radio distinct processes which don't speak to each other this to allowed us to review what is happening and plan what should be happening so that they can be compare to other processes and able to great greater transparency about decision-making processes responsibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ease of use and the templates available to begin your chart. After that, the possibilities are endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike, the ease of use for creating flow charts or other charts is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the chain of command for our company. Organizing the process of other problem areas. The flow charts really helped us understand and outline the issues and/or questions the staff had.
