  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly interface, the ability to work together with teams despite of location are the best things I like. And the best thing I personally like is lucid charts which I have used in my projects to create diagrams and shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of objects, shape and tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart and other suites provides a visual way in team collaboration, communication, and project management remotely and reduces the chance of miscommunication. It benefitted me in my team projects as we were able to make diagrams and flowcharts using it.

Lucid rocks

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes visual collaboration easy and flexible. In the age of remote work, using a physical whiteboard isn't really an option anymore (and back when it was, taking pictures of whiteboards and/or typing up the contents was annoying anyway.) Lucid is so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a small complaint, but I wish Lucid had more options for brand styles and fonts. Overall, it's not going to make me stop using it but it would be super slick to be able to set formatting defaults and whip up shareable whiteboards and diagrams that were already brand-compliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a lot of projects where collaborative brainstorming and planning is required. Having a Zoom meeting where people just go around in circles talking is really wasteful and often skews toward the louder voices in the meeting, drowning out better ideas from quieter participants. Using sticky note brainstorming, impact/effort matrices and visual meeting agendas solves this problem because ever participant can look at the same visual aid (the Lucid Spark board). It helps us "read from the same piece of music" and makes brainstorming more effective and helps us get through our meeting agendas efficiently.

Triggers effective collaborations within teams and participants

What do you like best about the product?
I have used both Microsoft whiteboard and miro boards, however, lucid is more user friendly and innovative with its charts and white board. Recently i had an app prototyping workshop where we used lucid to engage participants to develope ideas and charts on lucid and the experience was just flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only place i feel i am a bit unhappy is the price point compared to its competitiors. Microsoft whiteboard being free, Lucid can be slighly an expensive choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite recently, We used Lucid for a project called AI Sprint. Where lucid helped us was the part where we needed to map customer journey along with prototyping and mind mapping for new features for an app. The collaborative tool of post its and creating instant diagrams made the entire workshop quite visually interesting and insightful.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is so easy to use for creating diagrams and flowcharts also the interface is simple and user friendly so I can quickly organize and implement my ideas without getting frustrated. It’s also better for teamwork because everyone can work on the same project in real-time which helps us stay on the same page.

Things I don’t like about the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that some of the advanced features are only available in the paid version, It can be frustrating when I need a specific tool but its not available in trail version. Sometimes it can be a bit slow to load when working on larger projects which interrupts my workflow.

It helps me create clear diagrams and flowcharts so everyone can understands the plan this saves me time and makes communication smoother because my team can see and edit the project in real time.
