Such a great collaborative tool suite!
What do you like best about the product?
The way that Lucid enables live collaboration between users whilst enabling information sharing is fantastic. I'm particularly a fan of the integration of external data and visual tools which really amplify the overall experience. The transition between Spark and Chart also enables a variety of tools to be applied to the same board rather than having to have more than one board or not being able to utilise the full suit of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little weird getting used to the interface to start with and therefore maybe a more well rounded tutorial on initial start up but once used to, it's very simple and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get all ideas on a board from all users is fantastic as the previous software I've used has not been as easy to collaborate on. It also enables better interaction with overseas colleagues
Easy and very intuitive which is a big plus for me. I really like the versatility as well.
What do you like best about the product?
For me it's all about speed. The templates are a big part of that, extensive and easy to customize to whatever you need that relates to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure, but would like to get access to more online tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating client/user journey mapping is really easy, a big use for me is the Behaviour Driven Development. Moving the tiles around and discussing with the team to ensure we are covering all of our scenarios is great now!
User friendly, Poor navigation within pages
What do you like best about the product?
Table and shapes options are easy to use and enable good layout of information. comments section is easy to read and resolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you navigate through the page is different from other software meaning natural usage must be learnt. The scroll option zooms in and cannot be used to navigate the system properly. Navigation should be consistent with common software.
Comments can sometimes get stuck to a point in the page rather than a shape or words meaning if shapes are moved comment does not stay with it.

Ease of use and real-time collaboration.

Some of my colleagues are not as technologically advanced and find the learning curve to be a bit steep.

Two things are important to me. One is the collaboration in real time aspect. We could be working on a single mind map for example during a meeting with multiple people.

So far I have not found anything I find terrible. The more that I use it the more I like it.

- The automatic connections proposed by the tool as you add steps to any given process.
- The different a varied possibilities: flow charts, process, charts, organizations, etc.

I can honestly say that I have not found anything to complain about. That said, I am a new user!

Process flowcharts to help visualize who does what, what the steps are, and if it all makes sense.

We are a big HR operations team, and I love how Lucid makes it easy for us us to keep data consistent and our processes standardized.
We are constantly sharing best practices and we can easil do that by collaborating in Lucidchart.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints so far, the system has been easy to use and I could find everything I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are going through a huge system implementation and the processes (hire, amendments, terminations) are completely different than the previous system.
We are also transferring some processes cross-coutry, so Lucidchart has played a crucial role in helping all teams involved (HR, payroll, project managers, etc.) understand how the data flows.

It solves the problem of a single.place for all the Digramatical representation of data and normal data in the form of tables and collaborating on projects is the highlight feature in my openion.
