A Superb Tool to Map Data Flow Paths and Illustrate SQL Table Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using its tools and the shapes that help in making charts and diagrams make Lucidchart the best tool for visualizing how data flows between systems and explaining relations in SQL tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I don’t like about Lucidchart I have used it to create flowcharts and it was very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart in a variety of use cases like creating network diagrams which show device connections and incident response flowcharts which outlines the steps our security team should follow during a security breach to effectively contain the threat.

It embeds diagrams into reports, presentations, or donor updates. I like the fact that this app makes it easy to include those diagrams where I need them.

Intuitive and Flexible, Perfect for Complex Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flowcharts and internal decision making, which helps navigate process flows and information travel in our organization. I appreciate that it's intuitive and flexible, offering a wide canvas that lets me create complex processes without being constrained like in PowerPoint. I like that it's both basic and advanced at the same time, with a user-friendly interface that doesn't require help materials. The drag and drop feature is intuitive, making it easy to adjust shapes and create exactly what I'm looking for. The built-in templates are nice for inspiration and can save time if your process matches a template. I just really like the blank canvas, which allows me to create whatever I want. The software is straightforward and avoids technical frustrations, suiting our needs perfectly. The initial setup was easy, just creating an account and starting from there.

We wouldn't change anything.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flowcharts to help with decision making and navigating processes. It solves the problem of creating complex charts easily with its wide canvas and flexibility, unlike PowerPoint. It's intuitive, with drag-and-drop features and templates that save time.

What do you like best about the product?
How super easy it is to troubleshoot issues in my Food & Beverages company via equipment layouts visualization with diagrams and flowcharts is my Fav aspect about Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past couple of years, probably four, I have never discovered the darkest side of either Lucidchart nor Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting equipment issues and collaborating on repairs is 💯% with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

Mapping out workflow in my jewelry shop such as visualizing jewelry production processes from design-delivery is what I crown 👑 LVCS for as a Process Coordinator.

The then issues that I was experiencing in LVCS were eliminated in 2021 when Lucidspark was added to this suite.

Instant Architecture Diagrams Achieved with LVCS the Fastest Process Mapping Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to instantly start creating architecture diagrams, flows and graphs and I find the available templates open to much customization. The wide range of design options really bring some life to network diagrams and I like the plenty of elements to create process flows even for large technology ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am extremely pleased and would make the decision to buy again and have not been disappointed.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very helpful in creating network architecture diagrams that map all major systems in use showing dependencies and integration points making it easier to map risk management paths.

As a Construction Business Partner, I am able to collaborate on designs by working with contractors, architects and engineers via Lucidchart diagrams and Lucidspark boards.

Now that I am using the Team tier, I am facing zero limitations when using my Android mobile apps.

Easy UML Sequence Diagramming with Complete Control Over the Output Look
What do you like best about the product?
I gave Lucidchart a shot for creating process workflows and UML diagrams and the pieces all in place for creating the above documents. In Lucidchart, which is a tool within Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, its just drag and drop which is a very fast way to draw a flowchart or workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
New template designs added more often in every category that are more colorful would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart works great and I use it mostly for creating UML sequence diagrams showing how a user request moves from frontend to backend API to database and back helping users understand communication flow.
