Great option for process reviews
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a great alternative to programs like Vizio. Works almost exactly the same. Easy to move things around, creates really solid looking documents that impress colleagues and clients alike. I use this too all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to see everything if you have a smaller monitor. Works great on larger screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have complex processes at our company, and we need easy ways to display them to clients. Lucid chart helps me stay organized, and helps the client visualize our services. I even bring the client into the process map creation and make live edits to Lucid with them on the call. It makes collaboration really seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed with how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has transformed our audit planning and risk assessment processes. The visual mapping tools make it easy to create clear, detailed representations of complex audit trails and risk areas across different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up and managing access controls has taken more time than we expected.

The platform has greatly improve how we visualise and explain complex audit trails and risk areas across different departments in our organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid allows my team to easily plan and design ideas into creative software by easily building drawing based on their ideas.Lucid is used for timeline and workflows for our project developement and i love its functioning and user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Suite is perfect in my opinion and i dont find any dislike as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual provides way to ideate and build our mindful ideas to creative diagrams using lucid chart and its tools which makes easy for our developer team to plan big rooms very efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite brings together experiment planning and data visualisation in one place. The real-time collaboration tools have made it much easier to coordinate complex experiments across different lab groups. I also appreciate the customisable templates, which have really simplified our protocol documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that the platform can be demanding on resouces, sometimes leading to performance problems on our older lab cpmputers.

The platform is making our experiment planning easier by offering central place for visual collaboration, helping us coordinate complex research projects across multiple teams more efficiently.
A Comprehensive Tool for Visualizing Financial Data
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has been instrumental in our workflow improvement. The feature set, particularly the wide range of templates, has made the task of creating and sharing complex financial models and organizational charts much easier. The integration of this with the already existing financial tools has greatly reduced the time invested in the same exercise and cut down errors, hence allowing smooth financial planning and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has so much capability that sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to navigate. It took a bit of time for implementation as we got familiar with all the features. However, it quickly became very intuitive, and the seamless integration with other software provided a big advantage. A more guided onboarding for finance professionals would be a nice enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it very easy to give form and clarity to involved financial data in a graphical manner. This has made it really easy to communicate financial strategies across teams, now we're all pointed in the right direction toward our goals. The platform also strengthened the teamwork for us in financial planning. Now, we can much more easily come to better decisions and results.
Essential and proportional platform for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is an unbeatable collaboration tool, it is a platform that proved to be the center of activities for my entire company and allowed many of our activities, projects and planning to be carried out. I loved the simple way in which I was able to organize projects together with several work teams in my company, I was able to control workflows, manage project support material, plan strategies. Lucid allowed me to enhance teamwork and participation in projects developed within our company, I loved the perfect experience I had in Lucid Visual, since I was able to correctly separate project information depending on each stage of the project, with diagrams and virtual whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reality was that we stopped using Lucid Visual because we notiecd that it was quite an expensive software, we used it for more than a year and we loved all the functions it offered us because it yielded very good results in the development of short, medium and long term projects. We consider the only negative point of this softawre to be the high prices it uses for its payment plans, because the platform behaves in an incredible way, it has too many good features for small businesses to be able to scale their projects quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall experience and the benefits I obtained were really noticeable in my real estate company, because we were able to scale projects that were previously very complicated for us to execute. With the help of this platform we were able to maintain consistent communication within several work teams, we were able to manage several projects simultaneously which allowed the exponential growth of our company. The Lucid Visual tool is incredible for improving project management and improving collaboration, communication was always intact during our project planning, which allowed us to establish perfect conversations with different work teams in our company. We thank Lucid Visual for the notable benefits obtained.

Lucid's Visual Collaboration Suite has revolutionized how we approach complex projects. What do you dislike about the product?
While there are occasional minor slowdowns when dealing with very large data sets, this happens rarely and really hasn't affected daily operations. These benefits far outweigh this slight inconvenience.

Lucid has streamlined our project management and data visualization. It's very easy to work across departments now. Fast-tracked and better-informed decision-making, plus it improved the efficiency of our key strategic initiatives. The clarity it gives to complex projects cannot be underestimated.
Works Best with Lucidchart for overall development
What do you like best about the product?
Likes are many but i like its lucid chart which helps me in visual collaboration with our business and helps out in agile planning . It is really very easy to use and its customer support team is so active and helpful .
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little issue of tight budget to use it as it is really expensive to buy premium plan .

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite connects developer and customers for mapping the diagrams for better visuals.In this , creating and formatting workflows is really easy which helps me plan better and help design the softwares without coding.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of Lucid, I'm able to use it for a vareity of different tasks, including creating customer flow charts, decision tree diagrams, optionality visuals and more. It's sorta like Powerpoint, but much more easy to use and we've implemented this pretty fast given how user-friendly it is. Lucid also has great customer support that you can reach out to if you need any help. You can also add it to Google Suite, Slack, and other tools, so it can be integrated nicely with other apps. I use it pretty frequently, almost weekly if not more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are SO many options when it comes to coloring, formatting, overall styles, etc. While so much customization is great for a lot of features, it can sometimes feel overwhelming and hard to pick a specific style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a B2B2C company, we often need to understand how our upstream actions will impact our downstream customers at the very end of the day, and using tables and charts in slides can get overwhelming pretty fast. Lucid is great because there are no "pages" or "slides" -- you're able to make a flow chart or any diagram as long or as wide as you need.
Works well for collaboration and eliminating busy work.
