What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to bridge the gap between our tech and non-tech teams when discussing requirements.
Excellent for IT use such as rack diagrams, network topologies, etc
What do you like best about the product?
There are several aspects I like about Lucid from an IT Perspective. The cloud basis for it means you can easily move from location to location without worry, something that is excellent over Visio. Importing, editing, etc are all fairly easy and most of the features you may need are here. This makes it easy to implement and integrate into whatever you are doing. It has some excellent exporting and sharing options, which makes collaboration fairly easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few little annoyances that I would like corrected and some of these may be due to my own ignorance, but I would like a way to move the "labels" for items from left/right to top/bottom or wherever I wish to place them for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it was solving for me is the full suite online, allowing me to move easily from device to device vs Visio where I may not have it installed everywhere.
Sharing is also easily done as I can give people a link, and they can see it, without having to worry too much about security settings as I would have with Office 365/Sharepoint.

Easy to navigate and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
After navigating through the application for a few minutes, I found it to be very user friendly! It is easy to navigate the tools you need. The templates that you can choose make it easier to create flow chartsand I can find templates that suit a specific projects I am working on. This also makes the creation of my diagrams faster and easier! I love how you can make your flow charts colorful and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
In addition to the zoom in/out navigation, a feature that would be nice is if you are able to select your whole work space and able to drag it left and right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create work flow charts that is easier to look at and read. This helps me with navigating the proper steps and protocols in my daily tasks.
Lucid is an invaluable tool in the modern day office worker's repertoire
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a easy to pick up and use system that has a depth that will please all kinds of users, from those looking for a simple visual aid in meetings to process mapping admins like myself who are looking for an application to track complex tasks. I also sincerely appreciate the ease of implementation and connection to so many of my other applications like Gmail, Coda and Giphy. I can whole heartedly say I use Lucid everyday of my working life and it makes it so much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid has very little to dislike about it, the UI is sleek and immediately recogniseable to any and all users, which is my main gripe with other applications like this one. And I know if I had an issue the stellar customer support team would be there to assist. If I had to nit pick it's scroll function on the documents page doesn't always which can make it difficult to preview/navigate to my documents when I have more than 6. This is my only complaint and even this may be user error and something I am not seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows me to create easy to understand quick to refernece simple to intergrate flow charts that allow me to communicate complex concepts to my coworkers.
Fun and informative!
What do you like best about the product?
The templates really help to get the creative thoughts flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The size of each process can be diffciult to read. Once I got the hang of zooming in and out it was easier. Also it's a good idea to start with larger process boxes and then zoom out to get the big picure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has had difficulty with following written processes. Written SOP's arn't very effective because some people loose interest right away. The Lucid Charts are more visually pleasing and easy to digest. Understanding processes can be more effective with colorful pictures.
Great app with easy to use features to collaborate with your teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the click and drop feature on Lucid Chart to build out workflows and decision tree for my business function and the ability to share this with a team member to collaborate effectively. Diagrams can also be imported to other apps of your choice like visio or omnigraffle. The Lucid Spark whiteboard can also be converted into a presentation deck by clicking into different components which I find particularly helpful while sharing with my stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least preferred one for me would be the collaborative AI feature on LucidSpark. It doesn't provide accurate suggestions but I believe it will take some time for the AI to learn and you have to keep providing feedback on the suggestions on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely provides an all in one solution around collaborating with team on different ideas be it building out decision trees, process workflows, retrospective sessions and creating roadmaps. It also allows for recording through 3rd part integrations like loom so that I can embed these on our confluence pages or internal web.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for collaborating on flow charts in particular. I find it very straightforward to learn how to use it. It's easy to download in any format you need and make quick adjustments.

Sometimes it can be hard to get shapes to align/reformat/distribute evenly.

It prevents me from trying to manually jerry-rig together a flowchart in Google Slides.
