What do you like best about the product?
Templates and Resources: Lucid offers a large library of templates and resources, which can help users get started quickly on their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users feel that Lucid's pricing is more geared towards larger organizations, making it less accessible for smaller teams or individuals who need only occasional use of advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This fosters clearer communication and alignment among team members, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. It’s particularly beneficial for remote or distributed teams.
Smooth experience with Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that we can get all the icons of the services we use in the flowchart with the images option. Expecially .png files. Also, Integration with Confluence, shows the chart visual without even opening it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trouble is that sending back and front to the objects. Ex. A big rectangle has the elements inside it then it's difficult to select the objects inside it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily outline the flows of data from one domain to another with the help of flowcharts. It's more effective visually then to write in excel.

It's packed with design tools that have significantly streamlined my development collaboration, making it faster and easier

Just somtimes I felt like the prices are high but that's bearable

Lucid makes the diagrammaing of the business flows much better than any other software does so that's the most effective tool yet
Excellent diagramming tool combined with Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that its too flexible to use and you dont need a special training to learn more of its features. Perosonally, its best tool I have experience for diagramming either be process flows or business flows, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its just that sometimes difficult to make it work out for free user who are actually learning to build something complex and it doesnt allow more component to be dragged and used with free version and is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to represent the business or process ideas most systematically and in a neat manner with proper representation. It also helps to win customers mind when they actually understand the concept which is being presented with help of this tool and benefits professionally.

Something that I do not like is the internet reliance, you need a good internet connection to use it, which can be a pain if you want to work offline.

While Lucid offers many templates that help kickstart our projects, some can be challenging to modify. A more intuitive template customisation option would greatly enhance the user experience, allowing teams to tailor diagrams and visual activities more precisely to their needs.

First Organisation Experience with LucidChart Enterprise license
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with other tools (especially Jira and Azure DevOps), sometimes can substitute documentation and have an up-to-date view easier to maintain than a confluence page. Awesome for presentations, I'm trying to become an expert on it instead of PowerPoint. Great support from Lucid team, especially for first steps
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI part is helpful but for now, I have only used it for testing. I couldn't get an almost-ready chart, so it will take the same amount of time to make some charts (I've tried to create flow using small descriptions to the most detailed ones).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having up-to-date documentation for all the data pipeline flow, with the possibility to move to other diagrams related to our work (even from different teams). Simplify all the meetings associated with Scrum/Agile methodology
Great application for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I am normally use Lucid for creating the diagram, flow chart, etc. I can use with my team and it allows us to modify the content simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was MS Visio user, some features has not yet available on the Lucide. I hope you will bring those features to Lucid soonest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is an online platform for visual collaboration. It helps me to reduces the time to modify the diagram. We don't have to send the file over email for adjustment. We can discuss and adjust simultaneously.
