Smooth, clear flow

Smart Containers and Conditional formatting boost productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucidchart for everything: from story maps, workflows, and processes to ERDs, and more. Recently, I discovered the power of templates, especially the Smart Containers and Conditional Formatting features. They allow me to create visualizations that used to take three times as long with much less effort. With simple connections/integrations to external sources and easy data set refresh, 90% of the work is done for me! I love these features, and together, they've transformed my occasional use of Lucidchart at the beginning of projects into almost daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use LucidSpark because I'm already familiar with similar tools. However, I would love to learn more about possible integrations and the value that this tool could add to LucidChart, or any other collaboration tool that could enhance productivity, collaboration, and alignment facilitation.
Another piece of feedback is that LucidChart is quite resource-intensive, and depending on my connection/computer setup, it takes a long time to load. When I had a MacBook with only 8GB of RAM, it was almost impossible to have LucidChart open in one tab while using other software or even having other tabs/windows open in the same browser at the same time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy creation of. boards, cards, diagrams based on a spreadsheet, conditional formatting for easy and standard visualization.

Great tool for remote brainstorming session
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to set up my brainstorm before the event. There were tools like stickies, voting, an impact effort matrix, and a timer that made both planning and execution of the session simple and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could have pasted certain things (like charts) directly into LucidSpark from Google Slides. Because of this, I had to remake a few things that I had already made in slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because our team is remote and based in different states, it's not easy for us to regularly get together and whiteboard ideas. The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite made it easy to whiteboard together over Zoom and get the kind of results we would have had in person. We mapped out the customer journey and then added in stickies for what items could be most impactful to benefit that journey. From there, we voted on the items and put them into an effort impact chart to identify what we would focus on over the next two quarters.
Great Cohesive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this product for brainstorming sessions, moodboards and also journey mapping. The templates really help to guide you and are easily customizable. However, my favouirte feature is using it in brainstorming sessons, it is great with the timer and music then allows the team to work together live highlighting key points after. It really helps with bringing together ideas and allowing the team to work through things together instead of apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that sometimes, you need more guidance to share it the board with the team and find a better way to make it clear how to invite temporary guests so that they can collaborate too. I also feel a small video tutorial for a guest would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a team to come together and often show something in a zoomed our visual sense for a better understanding of customer and company/team pain points. It also can allow those who are less involved with systems understand how the systems work together and also help with onboarding so new folks can better understand concepts, journey mapping and where the team is at.
I think Lucid has a nice and intuitive UI with a lot of useful pre defined graph types
What do you like best about the product?
I use it at least a few times a week, it's easy to use, intuitive and heavily integrated with a lot of other platforms, while also supporting their icons

Some very useful features are more expensive, and sadly out of our budget

We mostly diagram our current infrastructure, planned changes to it and some of our workflows that we then move to our documentations
Excellent tool for flowcharts and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
We use it regularly for creating flowcharts that document our processes. It is an excellent tool that allows colloboration from multiple users at the same time. The interface is very intuitive and so implementing new diagrams is easy. If there are any issues (very rare) the customer support provided is top tier. I'd recommend Lucid to any team as it is very easy to integrate into your organization and is widely known.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only potential dislike which isn't even a huge concern - is I'd like to see a desktop version someday but the online version works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a software that allows multiple users to collaborate on flowcharts/diagrams that document our processes. We needed a software that was well known and very easy to use for all users. Lucid solves this problem.
Powerful diagramming/visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to learn if you've used any sort of editing software before. They have a great library of icons to use for different types of software design diagrams or other business diagrams. I particular appreciate the set of icons for every AWS service. The smart auto snapping and redirection of flow lines is great and much better than visio. I like that many different users can collaborate at the same time on the same diagram and there are features to see the edit history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I maybe wish that the context menu for certain actions was more available when you click or hover over the element on the canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly speeds up the time it takes to create software architecture diagrams.
Loving using Lucid as the main diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the team can collaborate on the same diagram, this really helps with sharing ideas and getting everyone on the same page much faster than sharing process flows back and forth in emails and individually working on them. This saves so much time and helps creating better diagrams and process flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experienced lagging performance when working on a bigger projects and complex diagrams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid really solves the problem of collaborating on the digaram in real time with the team, unlike some other tools where all team members have to work on their part of the diagram seperately and have a hard time putting all the versions together in one diagram. I use it extensively in the meetings and for mind mapping and it has helped so much with creating the best collaborative digrams and saving lots of time.
