Perfect solution for visual charts
What do you like best about the product?
You can create chart fast and easy with pre defined templates
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some shapes that i couldn't find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you want to explain about some flow or somethinglike that, you can do it easily with lucid, create a chart that visualise the flow and that's it
Good collaboration suite. Missing some key features.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create technical drawings and share them with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no thumbnail view and pan/zoom can get challenging with larger drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Architecture drawings for the ecosystem I am working on. Allows rapid sharing of information for reviews and education.
Lucid helped us in coming with great Org charts
What do you like best about the product?
It helped us to view the org charts in a different perspective all together, we considered to replace our old tool and it is working out really great

nothing much as we are still in evolution phase

Template based org charts, useful options keep the charts fancy and fulfilling all our requirements.
Lucidcharts allowed me to visually present pages of text in an easy, intuitive format

The best part was how quickly I could translate processes into an easy to follow flowchart.

There is a learning curve but it is not insurmountable.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a easy to use tool when it comes to visual representation / implementation of system design flow charts and UML diagram. It also allows others users to colleborate . It is super easy and user friently. It can be used to hold any large sized diagram since it has the ability to zoom in and zoom out.
What do you dislike about the product?
However lucid charts have everything needed for representation. There is always a scope for improvement. the thing which I was missing in lucid is that it can provide programming language specific containers like interfaces and record in Java.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using lucid to create business diagram and flow charts for business specific design tickets. Lucid provides a great flexibilty and ease of implementation when it comes to create UML diagrams and wireframing and colleborate with collegues .
Perfect tool for Organisational charts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to draw an organizational charts, system is very intuitive and userfriendly

In general I like everything about the system. At the beginning it took some time to learn most common features, but afterwards everything smooth.

Lucit helps us to present Orh changes in the company for the stakeholders and all staff.
I've been using Lucid for several years and it's an important tool in my arsenal for visual planning

I think I love the ability to easily create ux paths and the ease of integrating my own icons and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one thing that sticks out to me is being able to stick to set canvas/work area sizes for exporting later. Or maybe the lack of determining that canvas to differentiate between on-screen and making s "document"

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has a wide variety of templates to get you started on many sorts of projects that have data complexity and branching possibilities. I appreciate how easy it is to find what you need using the Feature Find tool, and I also have made great use of the Layers functionality for isolating & breaking down elements of my flowcharts/floorplans. I use it all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a games and experiential designer, I find that there aren't many templates that are specifically suited to narrative design within Lucid — which means I have to create my own. While there are more than enough tools for doing so within the product, I wouldn't mind there being more options in this regard for people like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branching possibilities for audience members/players within interactive storytelling worlds. This benefits me because it helps provide overarching visualizations to complement the scripts I write for my work.

I like the variety of product offerings that are built in as templates

I struggle with how particular your click patterns need to be to access certain functions. It is not always intuitive to move or drag, highlight text, or modify placements to add in new items. There is a learning curve.
