Blocks and flow charts are very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
We have heavily relied on Lucid Creatives Visual Collaboration Suite, in particular Lucid Spark, as part of our team worked. The collaboration part is such great an aspect thus making us be able to work together even when we are not in the same room all this can pretty much ok till here. I particularly liked the virtual post-it notes feature – it’basically a brain storming session which all people can view and add to in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I feel that the price is a little steep when compared with other free programs out there. Although it’s easy to use, I think that something like Microsoft Excel has prettier charts and better options for organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has addressed several of these key challenges for us. irst, it fosters better communication and idea sharing among the team members. It also saves time by making it easy to collect group feedback and analyze it in one place.
Best Tool for all sorts of diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are really the best as they make it easier for all our teams to quickly get on the same page and make changes together if needed in async fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of color palaette. I think Lucidspakr does a great job of it but Lucidchart lacks in certain aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Remote settings, it really helps keep all our plans organized, provides a whiteboard for teams to collaborate virtually which is a game changer for teams that are across timezones and locations.
Easily create diagrams and share with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to learn how to use the tools and start collaboration with my colleagues. I use mainly LucidChart to create cloud architecture diagrams and the icons and objects make this process very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overwhelming amount of objects and templates - I always limit the library of objects to specific technology I work with so it's easier to pick the correct object. Templates might be useful for most people, but I like to start with an empty page and create my own diagrams instead of using pre-defined templates. However, in cerain situations it's better to start with a template and change it instead of starting from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In 100% remote environment, it simplifies the communication during meetings. It also helps me create documentation and design cloud architecture in various levels of detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my job making apps for phones for some time now. What I really like is how easy the software is to use; you can pick and make diagrams in no time. The skill to make a picture with many different colors, shapes, and lines gives lots of choice and works well for seeing hard-to-understand information.
What do you dislike about the product?
But, there are two parts I find sensitive. The tool options on the left side of this program can be busy, which sometimes makes it tough to find a feature or part I want fast. Also, the models are a little inflexible; modifying a model or using it again with different details could be made easier.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been key in fixing the issue of showing hard information in a clear way. It helps me share my thoughts better with the people in my group and those who have an interest in what we do.
It's one of the best process describing tools I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy about Lucid Visual Collaboraion Suite (LVCS) the fact that there are so many customisable options that alows you to create a very professional looking diagram of any process/architecture/etc. I love that there are professional icons that i can use that match the systems we use, therefore, allowing the consumers of the diagram/flowchart/etc to easily understand what they're looking at.
It's also very easy to use and integrate into the workflow. Given that we are currently in the process of describing all our processes, it is being used daily and we are able to easily collaborate on the outcome.
The help function is also very well integrated and you hardly ever need to go to Google or Customer support in order to figure out what to do next.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many downsides to LVCS. Maybe the learning curve, but if you love the customizability, you'll most definintely click on all the options to create a diagram that matches the branding style of your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us create a visual side to all our process, which we then use to find areas of improvement. On top of it, it allows us to not have PDFs or documents floating around in E-mails and everyone always looks and contributes on the most updated document(s).
Awesome tool for planning and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and logical program. If I require something drawn, Lucid has the feature right there.

Color selection could be more vivid. The box to box arrow may have more options

Lucid perfectly address brainstorming and presentation of projects to teammates
Quick to learn, easy to manipulate/edit multiple items at once.
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, I love how easy it is to edit or manipulate multiple items at once. If I need to add a step in my diagram flow, it's easy to create room. Editing the chart in real-time with collaborators, was much more helpful than I reazlied. When I first signed up, a rep from Lucid had a zoom call with me to make sure I knew how to use the features best for my particular needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many shapes/lines, etc without an explanation for what they're best used for, etc. I am a new user, I watched a few newbie videos on youtube and the Lucid website. I could have really used a basic how-to flowchart tutorial. Not just the tool, but a quick run-down of flowcharting basic do's and don'ts. Many have never used these tools before, and it would save us a lot of time and help us get down to business.

Quick editing.
Lucid is a collaboration must have!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it provides such a comprehensive tool for collaboration. It updates in real-time, you can see where people are working on the board, it's completely customizable. So many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, however, there is a bit of a learning curve. I was asked to use it during a meeting and there was a lot of trial and error to figure out how to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote team, it allows us all to work in the same space in real time. The customization allows us to organize our information however we need it to be. Also, the commenting feature is nice because it allows for all ideas to be heard.
Its a user friendly tool everyone should use it.
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use, I never had used it before but user interface is so easy to understand I was able to create my first topology without any formal training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I disliked everything is so smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helpuful in creating network diagrams, we can find the template and icons for routers switches and firewalls aslo we can inport/export in viso or any other required format.

You can mix multiple boards in one page.

Not a lot. For the most part I like the graphical interface
