A very good diagramming tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart is very clean and user friendly, it has variety of shapes and symbols that are very impressive and good to use. I would whole heartedly reccomend anyone to use Lucid chart for the best features that it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I love all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me make quick flow diagrams and organisation charts that easy to explain to my stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a powerhouse for visual collaboration. Its user-friendly interface and diverse tools simplify creating diagrams and presentations. The real-time collaboration features foster seamless teamwork, regardless of location. With minimal downtime and responsive customer support, Lucid significantly boosts productivity and communication within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucid is a fantastic tool overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. For instance, occasionally, the learning curve for some advanced features can be a bit steep for new users. Additionally, although the basic functionality is excellent, adding more complex design elements might enhance its capabilities further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves the challenge of streamlined teamwork is on visual projects. Its real-time collaboration features enable seamless communication and editing, benefiting us by fostering efficient teamwork, regardless of our team members' locations. This significantly boosts productivity and ensures everyone stays aligned on projects, ultimately leading to quicker decision-making and more effective outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to flowchart a complicated process in a starightforward and simple manner
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime navagation between tabs and on tab can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of writting long memos to describe the company's process , we can flowchart it in a simple and easy to understand manner
User Friendly Process Flow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Creating Process Flow is so easy. Bes part is that the meaning of the shapes are also given when we move the cursor next to the shape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of training to the end users as complex work around can be easily explained
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Handover, explaining the various outcomes of the process is hard to explain. But, now it's so easy by showing them in this chart.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes collaboration and brainstorming much easier, especially with projects that are unfinished or are constantly in development. It is really user-friendly and intuitive. We have a few people on our team that are not very tech savvy and they were able to get onboard quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any negatives at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I generally use Lucid for mind mapping, curriculum mapping, and helping new entrepreneurs map their prospective client journey. Lucid allows us to easily identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity for future collaboration and action.

Clear communication with a tech and non tech team
Great tool to visualize business processes
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, you don't need to review any documentation, and everything is intuitive for any digital native. I use this frequently to visualize business processes and requirements. There are a lot of features and it is available to use right out the box with no implementation needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent really experienced any negative things about lucid chart. By far one of the best tools I have used in my career

It really removes the friction for creating diagrams and collaboration. Dont need to think about the tool, can just use it and move forward with the task at hand
Such a simple tool that yields high quality diagrams and wireframes! Very affordable as well!
What do you like best about the product?
The rigid structure of adding components is extremely intuitive and easy to use for quick diagramming or wireframing. I have been using Lucidspark to build some wireframs for a new web app and it has allowed me to product high quality structural visuals so that my developer can see my thoughts on how the UI should look. Also, being able to share the visuals with him by both sharing access to the working diagrams, and exporting to PDF has been super helpful for collaboration purposes!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am working on a project that has a lot of separate diagrams or wireframes, I would like to have a way to save some themes (fonts, colors, etc) so that I don't have to adjust each component when I build from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to quickly create visual layouts of various concepts that I want to share with others, and that has helped exponentially. Especially because I no longer need to rely on Microsoft Office visualization tools, or pay for the expensive Adobe products.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a must have for our team, which gives us the ability to collaborate in real-time and simplifies our daily workflows. I really enjoy the library of templates that make it easy to get started and it produces eye catching results. The ability to improt/export files to other formats has been a huge help as we were using multiple workflow products previously. Lucid has become our go to platform fo diagramming, mind mapping, brainstorming, and white boarding. It is extremely easy to use and we use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can say about what I dislike with the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Its easy to use, but did take a bit to learn the differences since we used several other workflow and diagraming tools to collaborate before. Once we were up an running with it, the benefits are noticible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid's cloud based software simplifies our need for real time collaboration. Using Lucid has replaced the need for multiple other platforms and keeps all of our workflow diagrams within one space.

The ease with which it allows to create and edit Lucid Charts!

Nothing as of now. To me this is a powerful tool and very helpful for my company.
