Good visual collaborative tool

Very simple and intuitive to plan activity diagrams.

Can't identify something right now. Look n' feel lacks when compared to Miro.

Lucid helps create and maintain to organize all the processes and organizational charts required in the team.
Nice diagramming software
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is easy to use. Intutive functions and allows for quick diagramming. I was using other platforms that were more complicated to master and found Lucid effective and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is adjusting the view. It is difficult to move up/down, right/left and scroll. Often I find the image area falling off screen and getting it back into the center can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating website structure maps for navigation and SEO optimization. Also a good tool for Pillar Page structure mapping and general mind maps and process flow documentation.
Smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can share and collaborate between people in the same document. It is also better than similar tools for collaboration and mapping accounts. Load time is faster than with other tools for similar purposes and the integrations seem to be better for Salesforce CRM. Overall, a great collaborative tool that I use frequently in my day to day job. Good customer support from the sales team as they have reached out and helped us by showing additional value of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the access can be tricky and require double authentication when going to the app vs seeing a page directly in your CRM system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me better understand the organisational structure of the companies I prospect into to better find segments I want to target and collaborate iteratively with my account executive.
Like a digital notebook for charts

Easiness to edit in the tool what you have in mind (bidirectional flows, trees...)

Sometimes is a bit difficult to navigate through big charts

Luic is a lot like other white board collab tools, which makes it easy to learn as it's a lot like riding a book

Since its so familiar it be great if they found ways to add more value than their competitors

Onboarding. Gives me a place to put all our onboarding documents and processes
Effortless Diagram Creation and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to work on, especially when it comes to creating architecture diagrams with the prebuilt industry diagrams and out-of-the-box icons, which are really convenient. The features like easy copy, paste, and downloading make my tasks simpler, especially since I often need to migrate diagrams and flows to PowerPoint or Word documents. It works well for team collaboration and documentation, unlike other apps. I've found the transition from PowerPoint and Visio to Lucid valuable because of its simplicity and the availability of helpful prebuilt components, like Salesforce icons and flows. The initial setup was easy, making it straightforward to start working with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tool useful, at this point i don't see any other limitations apart from Icon Library + maybe better use of AI to create right flows, at this point flows are very basic.

Lucid is simple and crisp on its usage
What do you like best about the product?
For me the best tool is the flowchart generation using AI. I can quickly summarise there my requirements and it spins up the logic pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text insertion is little hectic at times. I thin, the text insert feature can be made more visible and useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does help. When we are working on a project or a collaborative work, it is essential for us to map out the workflow and put it on a screen using relevant diagrams. Using lucid, I can able to do that and convery my idea on a paper, through a diagram, to my team mates.
Efficient and effective flowchart creation.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main contributors to continue using Lucid is the simple drag and drop function. The amount of different diagrams and shaopes is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Symmetry and ability to control diagram connections. It might be a personal quirk, but being able to snap connections and make everything symmetrical would be a great addition to lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have only been using it for one week, I'm afraid my opinion on the improvements is non-applicable.
Works well, formatting can sometimes be difficult

It is easy to use and there is a low learning curve

Formatting the various objects within Lucid can sometimes be difficult, especially when trying to group multiple items at once

Lucid is a great platform for creating collaborative whiteboards and for diagramming different business processes
