Lucid Chart is key to success in Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create all visual scenarios onto the screen with ability to update any aspects very efficiently. It is very easy to implement and integrate with other documentations for our project building life cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have further options aroudn the diagram models available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to collaborate with multiple team members on the same document. And able to have real time updates and updates are being made by multiple people.
Straightforward and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Lucidchart to build engineering-related architectural diagrams. It is easy to use and easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Lucid does things very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an engineer, we often need to present architectural diagrams. Lucidchart is there to support that.
P&ID is easy from the get go
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly like the P&ID feature because that my domain lies with, and to feel familiar with the navigation instantaneously is a plus to me. Less hassle to drawing, get extra symbol and editing is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that the selection rather quite limited, I would propose the symbol to be more broad at least cover the most symbol in petrochemical or oil and gas standard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating changes in the plant require an update periodically and since the file as store in the website it is almost difficult for me to lose it. I can always come back to visit them when I need.
It was an overall very smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides to using Lucid Collab Suite was the easiness of organizing our documents and having the team have one central location to access files

There was nothing I disliked about Lucid other than the layout. From a user interface standpoint I think it could have been less cluttered

It is allowing our teams to work more collaboratively together and brainstorm our ideas
Lucid is a great collaboration suite and it's absolutely fantastic to use it.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has a great user friendly interface with very wide range of templates and collaboration features which provides the ease of implementation. We use the Lucid charts very frequently for every information that needs to be presented in a visual way and integrate the charts in the Confluence pages for documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid is a cloud based tool and it needs the internet access. It would be helpful if it can be worked offline and then the charts can be synced when the device is connected to a proper internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps in solving the complex problems by simplifying the process of understanding by providing the visual representation of the information. We can create flowcharts, diagrams, and visual representations of data, making it easier for both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand complex concepts and processes. This facilitates brainstorming, problem-solving, and project planning, making it easier for teams to work cohesively, even when they are geographically dispersed.
Easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration to Google products. Easy to use without any tutorial, the UX is simple and obvious.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having extra hints/tips would be nice. I still haven't figured out how to add text to a cell very easily. Took me a bit of time to realize that right clicking can move the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to share an idea and make a proposal. It's clean and looks impressive. Saves time on formatting and organizing a flow chart.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collab aspect, the templates are nice and so far it seems to run smoother than my previous software

Nothing at the moment. It is still fairly new to the company.

Lucid gives me the ability to create clear flow charts, as well as display process in a new and exciting way.
Very Fluid and Powerful Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive nature of the user experience along with the prebuilt templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to include the costs where the support is usually saved elsewhere.

It allows me to put the workflows I visualize into a format which can be distributed to others.

You can break down sales processes very easily.
For example, you can map out the steps needed in order to generate a lead, and then what the steps are to close a deal.

Extremely easy to create diagrams!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Stencils/icons: In Lucidchart I can search for stencils easily online and most likely I will find what I want.
Smart Connectors: In Lucidchart connectors are somehow SMART and able to perfectly connect the objects in the way I want.
Fast Performance: Lucidchart is very fast to open diagram with lots of tabs

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is working great to my requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating great diagrams really fast - application topology diagrams, project flow diagrams, security diagrams
I used to use varies of whiteboard - MS whiteboard/MS paint and etc to draw "quick draft diagram" in meeting but I've started to replace whiteboard with LucidChart, it is as fast - if not faster as whiteboard and looks more professional and always auto saved for easier future editing!
