Lets me focus on what I want to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the array of pallettes of various components available, that are easily searchable, and esp the UML tools that empower so much freedom of technical expression. So instead of getting caughtup in how to communicate, I can just say what I want to say, quickly using the the most appropriate components to say it.
I also like the templates that are available for stereotypical situations, that i can either modify or copy some parts of it from, to use in my own diagrams.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've ocasionally come across some components having constraints that I couldn't easily figure out how to release them, eg the length of a vertical line in a scenario. But there are always quick solutions or workarounds available, either in their comprehensive help / documentation, or with a quick google search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to showcase my thoughts or design ideas to other team members or to higher management, and then quickly incorporate any feedback they provide as well.
Easy to use site
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create a flowchart without much experience
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of usability I thought it was weird how I had to right click to get the hand to move around in the chart. Maybe there could be a button to change the cursor that is easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was asked to create a flowchart as a collaboration assignment and it was easy to do that.
Intuitive tool with short time to value
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to unerstand interface, with most if not all the tools you'd expect when working in front of a whiteboard, only simpler to keep organised. In only a few days I have gotten accustomed to using almost every tool available in Lucidspark easily and quickly through single-key keyboard shortcuts. Sharing baords with other team members was also easily achieved through a tight integration with Slack, which was extremely easy to implement. I use the platform daily, especially Lucidspark which enables building and sharing a user story map with the entire product team the next bes thing to having them in the room.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked it if the pen tool automatically updated my "drawings" to looks smoother, like real drawings. When using a mouse, it is difficult to give lines that realistic look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a product with an entirely remote team proves challengind when trying to have everyone "stand in front of the same board". Lucid makes that experience as close to real life as possible, yet adding some flexibility and organisation capabilities that a real-life board would not provide.
Using Lucid for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to the templates for product vision and product roadmap saves me a lot of time. The ability to pinch and zoom on the Mac helps me with client presentations. When I create sequence diagrams the ability to create connections just by hovering over a box and dragging across is better than inserting a connection through cut and paste that I did with other apps, seems more fluid of an experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only used lucid for a few months, would be good if I could organise my diagrams under folders, so far I don't see easy way to do this, it might available but I don't see a folder creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating diagrams with readily available templates allows me to rapidly turnaround client engagements.
Seamless visual communication
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid proved indispensable in our board meeting. Using it to create a process map, we effectively conveyed our project's vision. The board loved the clarity and visuals, gaining a clear understanding of our plans. Lucid's intuitive interface and collaborative features make it a top choice for seamless visual communication. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is desktop app for it, that will make it even more better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me provide ideas in form of diagrams for my meetings
Simple lucid experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. I love how it's very easy to use. The tool itself is intuitive and items are easily searchable. Ease of integration is great - it works well with confluence, and notion which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are these one-off bugs when you try to embed lucid chart on to confluence. Lucid gets confused on the page title, template names etc and it automatically fixes itself after a while. Also, sometimes you can see Lucid get bog down because of server overload perhaps? I do want to point these occurances are ≤ 5% of my total time with Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid extensively for documenting connectivity drawings of test fixtures and test stations. The easy interface allows me to document my work very thoroughly and efficiently.
Great tool for charts
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to collaborate with different team and come up with solutions using the Lucid. Having a new project visualized first is always a great idea, and Lucid provides this opportunity
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish people who have access to a chart are Abel to comment it without a need to register
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizations
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucid over other products as it's available through my employer. As a newbie, the quickstart videos are very helpful and so are the numerous templates. To deepen my knowledge I searched and found a number of Lucid sponsored Youtube vidoes on the topics that I needed more help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to share libraries and have the team add shapes is great, but I could not find a way to replace/remove shapes after adding them to the new library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share the documents amongst the team and use a unified set of shapes per project is very helpful. The visual layout and view of the final product requires less time spent on fiddling formatting.
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to virtually collaborate whether its an architecural diagram or gathering requirements for release planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing and have things sized appropriately can be difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a virtual whiteboard to communicate internally within our direct team but also share the information to other teams within our org.
Good visualization tool - can be made better
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of options available as templates for different types of usecases - like mindmap, whiteboarding
The drawing templates available for - AWS, Snowflake, Azure
It is very easy to create a new chart and start working from there - I use it every other day for charting since it is easy to implement

What do you dislike about the product?
The Text is too small and does not look good. The text box should be a default option on double clicking.
The arrows should be allowed with freeflow as well - they can only move between to mid points which is super bad for creativity - the lack of flexibity makes me upset
