Lucid Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped our team significantly with organization and planning. It creates thoughtful and creative visuals for our data for executive team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues with my changes being saved in a file but other than that nothing at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data organization and messaging at our company

The ease with which collaboration can be done.

Scrolling button should be used for the scroll bar rather then focus in or out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
readily available logos for different technology services. Quick design tools and process tools. Good for UML diagramming.
Lucid Chart Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, you don't have to spend to much time learning how to use the tool or make edits
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to have a lower tier for the subscription, I don't use lucid chart daily, but I use it more than the free version allows, so an in between level would be beneficial

A flexible visual diagramming tool that allows me to create visual representations of ideas.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I have mainly had expeirence using other vendors for the task of creating diagrams and such. My experience with Lucid has been amazing, the transition from using other vendors to Lucid was seemless it is very easy to use and intuitive, it also has many great templates to use and its very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I havent had a bad experience using lucid.

It helps with understanidng the physical and logical connectivity of our network.

Love this simple and versatile tool. Easy to use and collaborate!

Nothing substantial that I can think of aside from tables functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid serves as a visualization tool aloowing to effectively communicate complex process flow and system strructure content.
Definitly more user friendly and productive than visio
What do you like best about the product?
It is so much easier to draw anything in Lucidchart compared to visio. The connectors are smart and shapres are always aligned perfectly to what I imagined. The diagrams are lightweight, faster to open compared to Visio, and easy to copy into other formats (PDF/Word/Gdoc and etc.) I've replaced Visio with LucidChart for all new projects and only rely on visio for existing visio documents. In term of support, don't know - it is so easy to use and I've never had to call up the support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the only downside is importing/exporting diagrams is still a bit weaker than I'd expected. The lines, the alignments are somewhat weird in some diagrams. There are still a lot of Visio users out there and I'd have to rely on import/export to work with these users.

Amazing online charting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tens of templates available to assist you selecting the best charts , also using the software is user friendly, you will learn everything in only minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find any thing that I dislike regarding Lucid visual collaboration suite

Long time needed to create diagrams and charts , now I can do in only minutes with high quality.
Very useful for many usecases
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is very easy to use. I was able to download jpeg images easily and integrate them in my documents. I use it very regularly (probably the next most used after excalidraw).
What do you dislike about the product?
As it has a lot of features, it takes a while to learn what it has, what it can do etc. If there is a quicker way maybe a consultant that we can contact anytime, that will save me a lot of time. Maybe if there are shortcuts to common shapes, I would love that as well.

Mostly engineering design diagrams and white boarding in meetings
Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I'm working on a new project and my colleague and are are easily able to share files back and forth with one another. For example, I am contucting brainstorm sessions with teams within our organization, I can easiely share the document, it integrates with Zoom and then my colleague has immediate access to the results. I love the Lucid Suite!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found downfalls just yetwhile using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the Whiteboarding feature is amazing, you can invite multiple people at a time and they can all add their ideas.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easier now to make a Line Diagram which we can present to client so that theycan understand the design or idea we are offering.

I am trying to use this in making schematic but it seems this part will be a bit hard for me.
