good tool and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool and how to use it. I found it easy to do the set up and have other use the material.

Still learning what you can do with it and what its capability is.

Great way to visualize processes
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a super easy platform to use. I was able to diagram my processes quickly with all the intuitive features available. What was really important to me though was the ability to collaborate with my peers. Diagrams are easily shared or exported - and if needed we can all view and edit a diagram at once without no delay. Really enjoy the "follow" feature where I'm able to see what another user is looking at in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Havent encountered any problems with my simple use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly mock up a diagram helps me understands my customers problems. If I understand their problems correctly I can properly solution them.
Visually inviting without much artistic skill
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the platform offers users to create visually appealing outlines of thoughts without the need to be artistic or creative in flow charting. It's a great way to collaborate with your team and use a program to do all the heavy lifting but resulting in a beautiful end product. It was easy to learn and integrate into our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have a bit of an adjustment period in learning the platform.

It's helping us make sense of all of our ideas and how we want to organize our efforts for the best next steps
Stunning workflow charts made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to start with templates out of the box or from colleagues who have done something like this already. Extremely easy to get started with out tech team able to give me a license to start creating same day. I use this with almost every customer and potential user of our software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only that I didn't use it sooner and I've been missing out on these awesome features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me bring value to the folks I work with when understanding how their tech stack is talking to each other and why certain areas may need attention in the future. This piece of information can be shared and the folks I talk to end up having a valuable resource to collaborate with us and their internal team for the future.

What do you like best about the product?
the different notation that are available, sich as UML, BPMN and others
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the scrollbars. They are pretty small and difficult to grab, please make them wider.

IT is helping me to provide a visual perspective of the process and its structure
Easy to build and collaborate on complex workflow diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I use lucid chart to document complex flow diagrams - typically for problem solving or process improvement. Being able to easily share and collaborate with my colleagues is vital. I'm a fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options as it applies to a timeframe. Many of my flow charts represent multiple systems and/or roles and having a timeframe that is clear such as minutes, hours, days is nice to also represent. Typicaly I create my own side bars to represent a timeframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The documenation of existing processes giving us a high level view open for optimization and potential automation or finding gaps that need to be filled.
A Great Tool for Mind Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
1. I find the Lucis user interface to be easy to learn. I've used other charting tools that have a much steeper learning curve.
2. The templates provide a great framework for building charts
3. I enjoy using the wireframe template for building initial UI designs for clients
4. When I share a chart with a client is is much easier to convey an idea with a visual from Lucid. We have used it as a screen share on numerous meetings to facilicate collaborative design proceeses.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I haven't found too much not to like about Lucid.
2. This might already exist but I snap to grid feature would be nice for managing the layout without having to identify the opsitioning using pixels.
3. Spell check on by defauly would also be convenient.

Lucid is helping us build visuals for UI designs, content flows, and general project planning visuals.
Easiest diagram and flowcharting app I’ve used.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used lucid chart at 4 different organizations where I drove for the adoption of it being our diagram standard. It is very easy to use and has a ton of graphics to choose from. Additionally, you can import any images you want from your computer or the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found some of the automation options on the tool are starting to fall behind some of the competition. But they have introduced many features over the years so hope they'll catch up here as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many disparate systems connected to each other over varios apis and webhooks. Being able to map out the relationships and process flows has been invaluable to us. Additionally, being able to map out our business processes and tie them to the technology underneath for documentation has saved us hours.
Time saving, Easy to navigate various features, Guide availaibility, templates variety.

The automated guidance/recommendations it provides which helps a lot in brainstorming the ideas

Nothing as such, Its similar to MS visio

To create various templates, and shapes. It provides wide variety of options, icons to be inserted, pictures options as well.
Perfect Collaboration Tool for Large Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Lucidchart to help breakdown (point by point) every important step of business processes. It's also extremely intuitive - a very easy product to learn and to become savvy with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to share Lucid visualizations in tools such as slack (which currently exists) but ends up delivery a contorted version or clunky link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several teams and teams are involved in various steps of our major processes - because of that, it's often times hard to understand what steps come first and who is directly responsibile for that stretch in the process - Lucidchart is an effective way to build high level visualizations that break down complex problems into tangible workflows.
