Highly recommend Lucid for process diagrams and org charts
What do you like best about the product?
I found the many templates very useful in getting started. I also loved the many shapes for process diagrams and how Luicid tells you what each shape represents. Lucid has many options to customize with colors, the types of connectors, conditional formatting, etc. I would highly recommend it because of the ease of use and opportunity to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to identify any downsides. I think Lucid is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me create process flow diagrams with much greater ease than I could in PowerPoint. It also helps me share my diagrams and receive feedback and collaborate with my team.
The perfect diagram & Technical chart creator
What do you like best about the product?
Signs & Boxes parts are most powerfull & checks board are making perfection to create diagrams. Actually we didn't use any diagram app before so. Highly liked Lucid Chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Down side is there is only web version in PC. And some template features that we can't use without Paid subscription.

We are IT Networking Consultant & Installer.
So we are using it for Racks designing & Multiple location's device connections diagram with detail. Which we are give to our client IT Admin for future referrence & easy maintenance.

Love Lucid! Great charting that's intuitive and makes sense
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Lucid Chart to help map relationships between entities and it's fast, responsive and works well. The UX is really intuitive, it's easy to use, and it's simple to share and export charts. Really appreciate something that's quick to pick up and run with - doesn't require a ton of effort to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - the app is really well put together and super slick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out internal business processes and it's really great.
Easy collaboration for a global team!
What do you like best about the product?
I needed a place to do some whiteboarding sessions with team members all over the globe. Lucid made that exceedingly easy to do with the suite, which allowed us to all be on a conference call and run through the exercise, live!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a desktop app really hinders the app and makes it rely on a browser to be excellent.

Collaborating with a global team.
Using lucid since 2016 it saves me tons of time when i want to develop an operation for E-commerce

A very effective multi-purpose toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
The smart UI increased our daily productivity and helps my team communicate on our data flows, flowcharts and models. It is very efficient to draft future processes or document existing ones, and we can easily share or export with other teams.

Some default options or settings don't always make sense, but feel fine once you get used to them.

The Lucid Suite helps us draft or document our data models, our workflows, and our flowcharts to communicate and share with other teams.
The tools and graphic elements in the suite allow us to speed up our whiteboards and implementation by providing a standard, clear way of presenting complex use cases and flows.
In that sense, Lucid enables us for a better internal communication and faster road to delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to operate thing and best thing is that they dont just block ur page with ads unlike other sites i would definitely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues

I still couldn't find a single thing that would make me dislike the product

I use that to make some er diagram and wireframe diagram and this is the best one ever to do such work

I like that the suite already has templates that can be modified and implemented to one's preference.

I dislike the endless space on each board.

The suite has been beneficial to me by ensuring that I can map out bulky processes in a simple, easy-to-understand and visually appealling format.
I've been using Lucid for my Information Management projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, I managed to get a hold of how to make simple graphs of how my system works in just a couple minutes. I also like how you can make detailed system graphs without it having to take too much time.

If anything, sometimes the things that you want to put (elements, specific charts) are hard to find or are locked in a premium setting.

It helps me create systems more accurately and keeps everything organized and clear, especially when relaying to others how a system works.

Instead of dealing with complex and expensive grahic design tools and building complicated charts from scratch, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides templates that allows you to complete the task in a fraction of the time, without frustration, and with a result that impresses management and peers alike.

Perhaps my only dislike of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that there are so many templates and options that I don't think I'll ever get the opportunity to utilize them all. This tool is really a must-have in today;s business environment.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps our company build visual representations of our operational workflows so everyone can easily understand who is supposed to be doing what and when. It's also been used to provide multiple variations of an organzational chart that tells everyone who is responsible for what and streamlining our efforts.
